Material & labour, brazing/ soldering on both sides (over lapping) to the copper strip of size 20mmx3mm and 25mmx3mm as earthing lead, including dismantling the old from the existing position/ equipment without disturbing the functional requirements of the equipments, and reconnecting, after repair/brazing, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, for foundation etc, including use and waste necessary form work, and fair finishing the expose surfaces using extra cement @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm. complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition and dismantling of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete for 1:2:4 Type B-02 40mm graded aggregate complete all as specified.

Supply and Fixing of Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit for 40 mm dia exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc fixed on walls with suitable clamps on ceiling / roof trusses etc complete all as specified.

M&L for GI tubing light grade laid in floors, on wall and fixing in steel trusses for earth strip protection of size 40 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long, including making connection to earthing conductor, fixed as in replacement of old termination rod, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, GI pipe 25mm bore light grade (ISI marked), cut piece of 1.0 metre - 1.5 metre length or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, fixed vertically with bottom end embeded in & including cast-insitu PCC (1:2:4) block of size 20cmx20cmx15cm including use and waste necessary fair finish form work, and other end (at top) fixed to air termination rod with necessary bolts, nuts etc as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 50 sqmm single core flexible copper conductor cable (ISI marked) from Eqpt upto earth pit i/c of any meter all accessories like PVC sleeves ,saddles/clamps/insulator etc complete as per specification and as required at site.

Supply,install ,testing and commissioing of lightning flash/strike counter in water and weather proof , digital display facility,current discharge capacity >1KA,,IP 65 Protection with enclosure for analyzing the frequency of lightning strikes and effectiveness of the lightning protection system in place and connected to down conductor with mounting arrangements with GI Mast tower or Building wall surface and suitable fixing arrangements with standard accessories etc complete as per specification and as required complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing, porcelain supporting insulator of as per existing size/adequate size fixing, on wall/roof for supporting the lightning arrester earthing strips, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only, testing of earth resistance value using megger and record the reading in register, and retesting and record the reading after making arrangement as to achieve earth resistance with in permissible limit with help of saline water, salt, charcoal, magnesium suphate etc. Complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Salt, charcoal/coke, magenesium suplhate (MgSO4), shall be measured and paid for separately as material labour under relevant items. (ii) Testing shall be done every 3 month interval and value will be noted with user signature.
