MAINT AND REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF SOLAR WATER HEATER AND CONNECTED MISC E/M WORK AT 5 RAJPUT, IHQ OF MOD (ARMY) CAMP, WARDEC, 16 KUMAON, 18 MADRAS TARAPORE ENCLAVE AND DUNDEHERA MIL STN UNDER AGE E/M OF GE (SOUTH) DELHI CANTT-10

M&L for comprehensive maint of geyser 25 ltrs capacity of any make, opening up complete for inspection descalling by chemical treatment of internal tank , themrostate pipe, base plate assembly carrying out minor repairs including replacement of defective spares parts testing and refixing in position including making electrical and water connection complete all as specified and as as directed. Note:- Spare parts will be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevent item of Sch 'A'. These parts shall be of the same make of which the geyser is in repair.

Supply only Heating element with rubber washer ('O' ring) 1.5 KW of any make of geyser of 25 litres capacity as per sample complete all as specified and as as directed.

Supply only thermostat (9/11 inch Long) for 25 ltrs capacity geysers complete all as specified and as as directed.

Supply only indicating lamp round / flat type as required in replacement for geyser 25 litres capacity as per sample complete all as specified and as as directed.

Supply only non return valves 15mm dia made up of brass as per sample and complete all as specified and as as directed.

Supply only insulating material (Glass wool) for 25 litre capacity Geysers as per sample complete all as specified and as as directed.

Supply only storage tank made out of MS steel sheet of appropriate thickness and confirming to IS 208 (1974) or as per sample for 25 litre capacity geysers with collar, duly tested at required pressure complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only geyser syphon assembly set complete with inlet, outlet and thermostat including rubber gasket for geyser of 25 litres capacity as per sample complete all as specified and as as directed.

Supply only MS base plate assembly 20 SWG heavy duty suitable for 25 litre capacity copper tank geyser with inlet, outlet and thermostat pipe with drain plug and screw for fixing the element including clamps for holding the element with nuts, bolts and safety valves suitable for all type of geysers installed at site as per sample complete all as specified and as as directed.

Supply only MS top & bottom cover for geysers of 25 ltrs capacity any make as per sample duly painted with two coats of Synthetic enamel spray paint (first quality) and write down the MES number as per existing complete all as specified and as as directed.

Supply only MS outer cover for geyser made out of MS sheet suitable for 25 ltrs capacity geyser vertical/horizontal type complete all as specified and as as directed.

Supply only Rubber gasket for Water heater storage type of any capacity fixed and suitable as per the existing, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair FRLS PVC Sheathed Round, Copper conductor (Flexible) industrial cable, 1100 Volts, conforming to IS: 694 of size 2.5 Sqmm 3 core for connecting geyser, complete including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as as directed.

S&F in repair Geyser hanging Bracket with washer and nuts complete as per site requirement complete all as specified and direcetd.

S&F in repair MS fastner bolt 8 mm dia and upto 150mm long for fixing Geyser with nuts and washers complete all as specified and as as directed.

S&F in repair PVC connection 15 mm x 600 mm long for Hot & Cold water with brass nuts and washers stainless steel at both for connection of stainless steel as per sample complete all as specified and as as directed.

Attending day to day complaints for checking the existing solar water system for continuous solar water supply including carrying out minor repair etc as required to make the item functional and replacing emergent complaints i.e. no solar water supply, leakage of hose pipe, clamps etc. at site complete all as specified and as as directed. Notes:- 1. Contractor shall provide minimum adequate tradesmen and helper (Solar Water Speciliest) to attend the complaints all the above areas in all working days between 0800Hrs to 1800Hrs including holiday and sunday. 2. Contractor shall ensure the security passes for his staff, to be obtained from concern authority for attending complaints. 3. The contractor will ensure that the team of plumber with necessary tools bag shall always remain present at complaint cell to attend the complaints. 4. A recovery of Rs.200/- per complaint shall be recovered from the contractor for non deploying of electrician any day. 5. All the complaint slip, register & other connected document will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. 6. Proper record (date wise) of complaints received & rectified by the contractor and the same may be asked for verification at the time of payment of each RAR/Bill. 7.The above tradesmen shall not be utilize for the complaints where material is required and these complaint shall be measured and paid seperately as S&F here-in-after.

M&L for De-Scaling of Solar Flat Plate/Solar Evaculated Tube collector Collector by Chemical process upto capacity 200/300/1000 LPD complete to clear the deposits of temperory hardness in sides of collector tubes including brazing of leaking joint all as per site requirement complete all as specified and as as directed.

M&L for De-Scaling of heat exchanger tank Collector by Chemical process upto capacity 500 LPD complete to clear the deposits of temperory hardness in sides of collector tubes including brazing of leaking joint all as per site requirement complete all as specified and as as directed.

Taking down of GI pipe size 15mm/20mm/32mm bore steel water tubing including connections complete all as specified and as as directed.

Fixing only 20 mm bore steel water tubing medium grade with all fittings complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floor comlete complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only 15 mm bore steel water tubing medium grade with all fittings complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and as as directed.

Fixing only 32 mm bore steel water tubing medium grade with all fittings complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and as as directed.

Supply and Fixing GI tube 32 mm bore medium grade with all fittings (such as bend, elbows, tee, short pieces, connectors, cap, plug and union etc) and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and as as directed.

Supply and Fixing GI tube 20 mm bore medium grade with all fittings (such as bend, elbows, tee, short pieces, connectors, cap, plug and union etc) and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and as as directed.

Supply and Fixing GI tube 15 mm bore medium grade with all fittings (such as bend, elbows, tee, short pieces, connectors, cap, plug and union etc) and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and as as directed.

S&F in repairs 25 mm hoze pipe with 3 layer temperature testing capcity 140 degree with adjustable clamp/nut/bolts etc on fixed to wall, ceilings and floor for hot water as per sample complete all as specified and as as directed.

S&F in repairs SS-304 Nuts and bolts 6 x 25 mm size all as per site requirement complete all as specified and as as directed.

S&F in repairs Dead plug of Collector as per site requirement complete all as specified and as as directed.

S&F in repairs Gaskets of Collector for flanges 3mm thick of Synthetic rubber as per site requirement complete all as specified and as as directed.

S&F in repairs Gun metal glove or gate valve with iron wheel head, complete suitable for 15 mm bore pipe, screwed both side ends for GI pipe or unions and fixed in size 15mm dia complete all as specified and as as directed.

S&F in repairs Hot water pipe duly insulated with glass wool and aluminium cladding 20 mm bore including all fitting/fixutre complete all as specified and as as directed.

S&F in repairs Hot water pipe duly insulated with glass wool and aluminium cladding 25 mm bore including all fitting/fixutre complete all as specified and as as directed.

S&F in repairs 3-layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes outer dia 25mm SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. complete all as specified and as as directed.

M&L for cleaning of solar collector panels with suitable cleaning agent with in every three months from the date of commencement of work with motor pressure gun, soft cloth overall protection of panel complete all as specified and as as directed. Notes:- (i) Conctractor should provides all cleaning items. (ii) Contractor should turn off all elctrical sources connected to the tank before start work. (iii) Make sure all valve controlling flow in/out of the unit are closed. (iv) All type of T&P shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (v) If any items damage occurred solar items during execution of above any items shall be replaced with new, no extra payment shall be made in this effort (vi) Proper record/register for cleaning of panel duly signed by user rep shall be submitted at the time of RAR/payment by the Contractor. .
