Demolishing of existing building situated at JPD premises in Piplai GSS with care & safety to avoid any damage to surrounding. The job also includes cost of all T&P, labour, machines required for job and dismantling of all items like parapet, roof (RCC/stone patti), walls, lintels, chajjas, doors, chokhats, windows, floor, DPC, sanitary system, plinth, masonary etc. upto ground level with desposal of serviceable & unserveable material received from demolishing upto suitable dumping ground or suitable premises of agency as no recovery will be done for serviceable material complete for all lead & lift as per direction of engineer incharge. The rate for this job should be quoted/analysed by considering no recovery will be made for all serviceable materials which received from demolishing of said building.

Earthwork in filling of excavated earth exept back cotton soil with watering and compaction of spreaded earth in 15-30 cm layers levelled and neatly dressed as per requirement of site and direction of engineer in charg, work includes cost of earth with taxes, loading, unloading transportaion. labour, water and T&P etc. complete with all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing steel Almirah shutters for almirah & wardrobes etc. in different sizes as per site requirement made with 20 gauge CNC sheet and having three way locking devices with six brass levers lock and godrej type handles and 10mm dia locking rod painted with three coats of superior quality danedar synthetic enamel paint over approved quality in all respect including fixing at site or with help of suitable hold facts or nuts & bolts etc. (measurement shall made for front elevation/size made for front elevation/size of shutters including width of frame

Supply of different varities of treeplants at site including loading unloading transportation etc. digging of pits in ordinary soil of size 60 cm x 60 cm deep & refiling the same with the excavated earth mixed with anure in the ratio of 2:1 by volume ( 2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20 % parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 8% flooding with water & dressing including removal of surplus earth including cost of manure & maintenace of plants ( only live plants afters the expiry of six month/workperiod from the date plantation are to be measured for payment .

Repair of existing boundary wall gate (inc. wicket gate if required) by providing necessary hinges/sleeve, flat, pins, certain missed member of pipe, welding, transportation etc complete for all lead & lift as per direction of engineer incharge. Item also including removing of gate frieght charges with rent of welging machine upto site and back.

Painting, lettering, figuring and border on both side of Existing Sign board (Sheet size 1200x900mm) with ready mix synthetic enameled paint of superior quality in required shade and colour etc complete in all respect. All section of fremed post and steel tubes will be painted with primer and two coats of enamel paint as per specification & Direction of Enginner in Charge.
