Demolition of Lime concrete / Mud phuska / PCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for renewal including removal of demolished material beyond the Md land to a distance exceeding 500mtr not exceeding 1.5KM completed all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in padding concrete (levelling course) on roof complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on concrete surfaces of roof padding with integral water profing compound as per manufacturers instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound

M&L for laying APP modified prefabricated five layer water proofing membrane mineral finish 3mm thick and weighting not less than 3.6 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt black fineshed over compatible primer @ 0.4 lit/sqm and torch application of membrane with 100mm overlap after necessary preparation of surface complete as per manufactureres instructions with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

Taking up or down 15mm steel tubing and including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 15mm bore tubes medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in 20mm tubes medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls or laid in floors bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints and hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc.all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in concrete surfaces of walls set in CM 1:6 finished even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick wall of concrete and finished even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of two coat of OBD over a coat of chalk whiting on plastered surfaces of primer on newely plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on newely plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, AC Sheets any guage, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering/wall cladding complete all as specified and directed.((Note : height of the bldg truss is upto 6 mtr)

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets 0.50mm thick any colour having tensile strength 0f 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding to walls, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.. Note : height of the bldg is upto 7 mtrs

S & F 0.80mm thick plain galvanised, mild steel sheeting ,in ridges,hips,valley gutters,drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating by manufactureres instruction or directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, wall etc, fixed with GI 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts with GI washer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

S&F of Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required; hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges; large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties;all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 6mm thick asbestos cement one piece plain angular ridge in roofs, etc, fixed with GI 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts with GI washer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0 , 1:2:4 (12.5 graded stone agg) as in filling of groove cutting/hold fast/coping all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. .

S&F Rolled mild steel in joist ,channel angle or tee section, flat iron fixed independently quality conforming to Fe 410W(Gde-250)all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Preparation of steel surfaces or iron based material of any description over 10 cm in width or girth applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge..

S&F 1000 ltr capacity of rotational moulded PVC water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 29 above but tank capacity 500 ltr.

Supply only 20mm dia ball valves high pressure PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic hall screw for pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting and reconnecting and re-fixing in position (Cleaning repairing etc. measured separately) Upto 500 ltr capacity tanks)
