REPAIR/MAINT/REPLACEMENT OF DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER, DEHYDRATION OF TRANSFORMER OIL, REPLACEMENT OF HT JOINT BOX, RELAYING OF HT CABLES AND CONNECTED WORKS AT AF STN BIHTA

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth not exceeding 10 Sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as speified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches exceeding 1.5 metre in depth but not exceeding 3.0metre in depth not exceeding 10 Sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as speified and as directed.

Returning filling in f including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as speified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 metre and deposited where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as speified and as directed.

Material and labour for re-laying of bricks subclass 'B' old size laid flat perpendicular to the direction of cable for protction of cable complete all as specified.

Material and labour well burnt sub class 'B' bricks laid flat width wise along the length of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay sand in trenches with clean dry river sand for cable cushioning, punning gently around cable for protection complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate, mechanically crushed stone for mass filling in pole pit/foundation/any other means etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate mechanically crushed stone for mass filling in stay pits and foundation/any other means etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using untra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 100mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure etc complete all as specified and directed..

Supply & fixing in replacement of 50mm dia GI tubing light grade, on poles, under floors, road crossing etc includng all fittings and taking out old unserviceable rusted GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of 80mm dia GI tubing light grade, on poles, under floors, road crossing etc includng all fittings and taking out old unserviceable rusted GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting & taking out defective under ground cable from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc locate the fault, rectify the defect and relaying the XLPE cable under ground PVC insulated and overall sheathed aluminum conductor heavy duty 11000 volts connecting and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Excavation, earth work, brick protection sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately).

Supply, laying, testing and commisioning of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (Earthed) grade cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core including all electrical connections including taking down complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation, earth work sand cushioning, cable protection cover/pipe, joint and cable indicator shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule or work.

Supply and fix in replacement of new HT box of any size, install, testing and commissioning of HT Junction box size 1200x1000x1000mm, factory made, outdoor pedestal type, double door, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and angle iron frame 50x50x6mm sloppy roof, locking arrangement comprising 50mm size Gorrej brass pad lock with duplicate keys two earth terminal, suitable cable gland for incoming and outgoing HT cable and protection of joint, grouting of feeder pillar box by providing 90 cm long long angle iron of size 50x50x6mm welded on all the four cornors embedded in platform not less than 1 Mtr height. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyster powder coating of flint grey shade. The panel shall having copper bus bar three strips of minimum size 400mmx40mmx6mm with procelain H12 KV HT long insulator complete including taking down old one, complete all as directed. Note :- (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of platform as specified in particular specifications. (ii) Joint shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant schedule item. (iii) Quoted rate shall also includes work for extension of cable loop and fixing in position all as specified.

Supply and fix end termination indoor type cable jointing kit suitable for 1.1 KV grade cable complete with jointing material heat shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 1/2 4 core XLPE, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 150 Sqmm Indoor/Outdoor type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix end termination indoor type cable jointing kit suitable for 1.1 KV grade cable complete with jointing material heat shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 1/2 4 core XLPE, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 185 to 300 Sqmm Indoor/Outdoor type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts, and washers of galvanised iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawings and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for protection of GI strip from earth electrode to and including the earth test point of galvanised iron/steel. supplying and laying charcoal stone aggregate) chamber and RCC cover of size 54x54x50mm (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12mm dia, PGI funnel with wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in drawing including taking out the old one. Note : Cost of GI strip and GI protection pipe upto a distance 7.5M shall be included in quoted rate of above items.

Supply and fix in replacement of damaged non-metal part HV bushing complete with packing for transformer of capacity 200 KVA to 500 KVA and for working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting of HT Cable Box of minimum size 1200x1000x1000mm with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide with approved colour including scraping of HT Box complete by using emery paper, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. On completion of painting, indication for marking of feeders as per existing to be re-write with painting complete all as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of unserviceable/damaged cable route indicator showing "MES HT U/G 11 KV" and route of cable with arrow (Embossed or engraved) made of RCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar at the rate of 100 mm centre to centre in suitable shape and size 60 cm x 30 cm fixed in PCC block 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate)(size of block 30cmx 30x15cm) of 30 cm below ground level and 30cm above ground to show clear indication of cable including painting the complete slab with red paint and marking the engraved/embosed letters/arrow with white paint complete all as directed. Note :- Quoted rate shall be deemed to included the cost of excavation, returning, filling and removal of excavated earth upto a distance of not exceeding 50 mtr complete.

Supply and pouring new transformer oil for transformers installed at various sited for topping up after dehydration to achieve the di electric strength 40 KV at 4mm gap complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Transformer oil shall bring in sealed container by the contractor.

Labour only for disconnecting HT & LT connections of existing Indoor/Outdoor type transformer of any capacity mounted on plinth/sub station and open the top cover for replacement of the following unsv/damaged spares and making necessary HT/LT connections properly after completion of work including testing of oil before and after complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Spare parts shall be measured and paid seperatly under respective items as supply and fix.

Supply and fix in replacement of damaged non-metal part HV bushing complete with packing for transformer of capacity upto 200 KVA and for working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of damaged HT bush rod of suitable size for transformer of capacity upto 200 KVA suitable for Indoor/outdoor transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of damaged HT bush rod of suitable size for transformer of capacity 200 KVA to 500 KVA suitable for Indoor/outdoor transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of damaged non-metal part LV bushing complete with packing for transformer of capacity upto 200 KVA and for working pressure 1100 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of damaged LT bush rod of suitable size for transformer of capacity upto 200 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing clear view silica gel breather, aluminium body complete with fresh silica gel blue in colour of standard size 5-8mm thick for transformer of capacity upto 250 KVA all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing top cover gasket as per required size for transformer upto 500 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing new temperature gauge dial type 100mm dia including maximum temperature indicator complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for painting of transformer from outside with two coats of duco paint gray after cleaning and preparing the surface of transformer of capacity upto 250 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for painting of transformer from outside with two coats of duco paint gray after cleaning and preparing the surface of transformer of capacity 250 KVA to 500 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for heating, filtration and dehydration of transformer oil (obtained from transformer) with dehydration/filtration plant to achieve dielectric strength of 50KV at 4mm gap including drying the transformer core winding in oven complete all as specified and as directed. (Any damage occurred to transformer during the process of dehydration, shall be make good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge at his own expenses. Note : Contractor shall produce the record of di-electric strength before and after dehydration.

Material and Labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required for 32x6mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repairing of existing HT 11 KV 200 Amps GODO switch including replacement damaged spare parts like Arching horn, contact Gun, wire mesh, drop out fuse, replacement of complete rusted bolts, nuts and washers etc handle grip, greasing of moving parts complete all as specified and directed.
