Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of pipe , all complete as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil compete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for taking up or down steel water tubing 20 MM with all fitting from trenches including cleaning for refixing or removal to store completee all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 4.00 here-in-before but 25 or 32 mm bore tubing.

All as per item No 4.00 here-in-before but 40 or 50 mm bore tubing.

Supply and lay galvanised steel water tubing (medium grade) complete with all fittings, laid in trenches, including testing for 20 mm bore tubing, complete all as specified and directed. Make :- TATA/JINDAL/PRAKASH/ZENITH

S & F in repairs framed brackets of angles ,MS plain sheet fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165), cut to shape , drilled, including bending and welding in any shape or size as indicated including painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs bands, straps, support or stay for pipe including nuts, bolts, etc, as required, fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165), cut to shape , drilled, including bending and welding in any shape or size as indicated, complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair Non return valves (Gun Mental) with screwed both ends for Galvanised iron pipe and fixed for 80 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed Make : SCUD/SHAKTI/LEADER/ZOLOTO Note: The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cutting, threading, insertion of union joint, nipple etc for the required size of pipe.

S&F in repairs sluice valve of type PN-1.6 and size 80mm dia with gun metal raising spindle, both ends flanged, with iron wheel head conforming to IS-14846-2000, and drilled with necessary holes for bolts including jointing material viz nuts, bolts, rubber gaskets etc , complete all as specified and directed. Make : Kirloskar/ Venus/ RMCO/ Leader/HAZRA

M & L for construction of brick masonry valve pit with sub-class 'B' brick built in cement mortar (1:6), of size (100 x 100 x 100) cm (internal dimension) with one brick walling and 150 cm x 150 cm x 10 cm base foundation with PCC (1:3:6), type C2 with cement plastering 10 mm thick with cement mortar (1:4) on internal & exposed surfaces, including MS cover of size 01 mtr x 01 mtr made out from 3 mm thick MS sheet including (40 x 40 x 5) mm angle iron framing on MS cover as well as on top wall of the valve pit & painting of the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) over a coat of red oxide primer, including necessary earth work and demolition of the existing old valve pit, complete all as specified and as directed.
