Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) inluding getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (a) All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) signage board or equivalent for all height made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts/SS Screws/Rivets etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered).

Providing cutting hoisting and fixing in position including fabrication of 3 mm thick Aluminum Composite material sheet (ACM) made of two aluminum sheet of 0.25mm thick each having a distance of 2.50mm thick filled with rubber polymer to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Confirming to various concerned ASTM Standards. (Measurement to be taken of the face area of sheet).

Providing and fixing in position very high bond (VHB) double tape 24 mm wide and 2.3mm thick for jointing ACM/ Aluminum sheet with S.S. frame including all processes like cleaning, cutting, chemical application pressing etc. as per sample approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing retro reflective sheeting 3M Diamond grade XI as per ASTM-D 4956 in two layers of approved colour over ACP sheet 4mm thick Aluminum sheet complete with necessary adhesive and pressure method etc. The base layer of Type-XI sheet shall be on full face of ACM/ Aluminum sheet with words/ directions, pictogram (picture), arrows, signs shall be printed over sheet through traffic jet digital print system of approved make complete including cleaning etc. complete, all as per drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge (payment shall be made for flats area of sheet only).

Disposal of building rubbish / malba/silt / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting and unloading the same at any C&D waste management site within 25kms. lead i.e. Shastri Park/Burari/Mundka including weighting at plant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. weighing and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedures/rules of plant management. The rates are inclusive of all operations, labours, leads and lifts from site of work to the C&D waste plant. The processing fee of C&D management at prescribed rates will be deposited by the agency and the same shall be reimbursement by the department on production of only original cash receipts.
