M&L for dismantling of existing panel including disconnecting connected cables, etc. and supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made LT cubical double door panel with roof canopy, outdoor type, of Suitable to accomodate the following accessories made out of CRCA sheet 3 MM thick duly powder coated with Seimens Grey Shade RAL 7032, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof outer cubicle. Inner cubicle should be made out of 2 MM thick CRCA sheet with working voltage of 415V, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire fully compartmentalised with single door system for each compartment. Outer cubicle having both sides door openable and should be provided with suitable louvers for ventilation. Bus bars provided shall be adequately supported on insulators to withstand dynamic stresses due to short circuit current and shall be suitably colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve for phase indication. The standard phase arrangement when facing the switchgear shall be R-Y-B from left to right. The bus bar connections and their insulated supports shall be mechanically strong, and shall withstand all the stresses which shall be imposed upon them in ordinary working due to fixing, vibration, fluctuation in temp., shot-circuit or other causes. The bus bar should be supported on DMC. Provision shall be made for expansion and contraction of the bus bars and connections with variation of temp. Internal wiring should be done with 2.5 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification, crimped and shall be connected with suitable lugs and PVC sleeves, etc. The bottom of the panel should contain detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. Threaded earthing studs - 02 Nos shall be provided at the bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The cubicle incomer MCCB as well as outgoings shall have copper TPN/TP extension links of current rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders with Ics = 100% Icu in all MCCBs with extended Rotary Handle. (ii) MCCB -DPX3 250 thermal & magnetic type 4 pole 415 volt 25 kA breaking cap. adjustable thermal release range 250 Amps Cat ref no. 4202 19 of make Legrand or equivalent in M/s Schenider/M/s Siemens – 02 No.

(iii) Multi function meter having LCD Display, 96 x 96 sq.mm -01 No

(iv) Current transformer of suitable ratio, Accuracy - 5VA, Class - 1. MAKE AE/NSDA/PRINZ

(vi) Aluminium bus bar of Rating 700 Amp R-Y-B phases and Neutral.

(vii) Base frame for cubical mounting made out of 40x40x6mm equal angle iron duly painted.

(viii) Foundation for the panel should provided with PCC 1:4:6 at a depth of 150 MM below G.L. and 100 MM above the G.L. with slot openings for I/C and O/G cables.

Supply & fixing, jointing, connecting & testing in trenches XLPE/PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable heavy duty 1100 volts grade, aluminum conductor in trenches / ducts of following sizes including taking out cable cover & cable all as specified and directed :

Excavation in trenches for not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in soft/loose soil including taking out faulty cable/cable, cable covers and GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the Starting point.

M & L for dry river sand as sand cushioning for protection of UG cable including punning of sand in layers all as specified

Supply & laying un-reinforced precast concret cable cover class LV type 1, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40 mm all as specified & directed.

Laying only un-reinforced precast concret cable cover class LV type 1, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40 mm all as specified & directed.

M&L GI pipe light grade with all fittings complete laid in trenches all as specified for 80 mm bore of pipe

Supply and fix in repairs 1.1 KV straight through joint kit 3.5 core 240/300 sq mm of make 3M/M Seal/ Raychem.

M & L for PCC type C2, 1:3:6 using (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations ,filling and mass concrete includings necessary form work complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including GI strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts and check nuts and washers etc made of GI & connected to Earthing test point and earth dolly all as shown in elect plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I incl all necessary earth work, excavation, PCC chamber, chamber cover with handle (PCC 1:2:4) including 40 mm dia protection pipe & 20 mm dia watering pipe and wire mesh funnel etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Non- Metallic exhaust fan single phase 250mm sweep complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge.

Supply Non- Metallic table fan 400 mm sweep single phase, hi-speed motor for better air delivery and superior low valtage performance complete all as specified and specified by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Metallic body exhaust fan 300 mm sweep, single phase, 900 RPM complete all as specified and specified by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Metallic heavy duty exhaust fan 300 mm sweep, single phase, 900 RPM complete all as specified and specified by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Metallic heavy duty exhaust fan 380 mm sweep, single phase, 900 RPM complete all as specified and specified by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Metallic heavy duty exhaust fan 450 mm sweep, single phase, 900 RPM complete all as specified and specified by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix ceiling fan 1200mm sweep, BLDC (Brushless direct current) including all accessories like rubber bush, clamps, nut, screws, canopy and suitable down rods angwith three core 1.5 sqmm multi stranded unsheathed copper cable for making connection from ceiling to fan as specified and directed by Engineer-in-chgarge. Make HAVELLS Cat Part No Efficiecia 26W (BLDC) (Mettellic WHITE COLOUR) or Orient electric cat part no AERO QUIET BLDC or equivalent make Compton, Bajaj, Khaitan etc.
