Providing and laying 10 mm thick Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (three hundred into three hundred millimetre) (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm (twenty millimetre) thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sq.m (three point three kilogram per squaremetre) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge .

6mm (six millimetre) cement plaster of mix: 1:3 (1cement :3 Fine sand) in ceiling including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge .

15mm (Fifteen milimetres) thick cement plasters in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size shape and pitch of corrugation as approved byEngineer-in Charge) 0.50 mm (+05%) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm. As per IS : 277 in 240 mpa steel grade 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the steet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns sheet should have protective quard film of 25 microns minium to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in Charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces excluding cutting to size and shape wherever required, iincluding carrige of material in all leads and lifts.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Old work (one or more coats), iincluding carrisge of material in all leads and lifts.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface,including carrisge of material in all leads and lifts.

Painting wood work with Deluxe multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 swm over and under coat of primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture & as per the direction of Engineer- in-Charge,including carrige of material in all leads and lifts.

Painting steel work with Deluxe multi Surface Paint give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 swm over and under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture & as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge,including carrisge of material in all leads and lifts.

Making soak pit 2.5 m diametre 3.0 metre deep with 45x45cm dry brick honey comb shaft with bricks and S.W drain pipe 100 mm diameter 1:8 long complete as per standard design. With common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class desiqnation 7.5 & as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge, including carrisge of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm (twelve millimetre) thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm (three point three kilogram per square metre) including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing and fixing in position colapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2 mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm size, with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6mm with40 mm dia steel pulleys complete with bolts nuts locking arrangement stoppers handles including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer,including carrige of material in all leads and lifts.
