Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -all work up to plinth level 1: 4 : 8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone ballast aggregate 40 mm. nominal size) (zone-III) Ref. to DSR 4.1.8

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.DSR 15.56

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D- 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane 3 mm thick DSR 14.91.1

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than .08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete Size of Tile 600x600 mm 11.41.2

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately). Size of Tile 600x600 mm DSR 11.47.2

12 mm thick Cement plaster in single coat on wall with 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Coarse sand) mortar finished even and smooth including rounded angle upto 80 mm also including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.DSR 13.4.1

Removing white on colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.DSR 13.88

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacturer , over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. Item no.-13.80 DSR

Finishing walls with Premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with Silicon additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43ltr/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90kg/10sqm) (Apex ultima, weather coat all guard) Asian /Berger DSR 13.47.1

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre) DSR 13.41.1

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour Old work (one or more coats) D.S.R 13.81.1

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in ement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm 15.23.1

Disposal of moorum/building/ malba/rubbish /similar unservicealble dismantled of waste material by mechanical transport including loading transporting, unloading to approved municiple. dumping ground for lead beyond 10km for all lifts completion as per direction of E/I. Note- item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement /plying of load carrying motor vehicle to 3.5 cum or more. DSR 1.1.18

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate) finished with floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. (40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate) DSR 11.3.1

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tile conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except bargundy bottle green, black as approved by Engineer -in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement :3 coarse sand ) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm , including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. DSR 8.31

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of ist quality conforming to IS:15622, of approved make in all colours, shades except white , ivory, grey, fume red brown, laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand ) and jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. DSR 11.38

Providing & fixing White vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian type) along with “S” or “P” trap including dismantling of old WC seat and “S” or “P” trap at site complete with all operations including all necessary materials, labour and disposal of dismantled material including malba, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge. Providing and laying gang saw cut 18 mm thick, mirror polished pre moulded and pre polished machine cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring in road side plazas and similar locations, laid over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge With granite stone of area less than 0.50 sqm D.S.R 16.86.1

Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement: 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor: With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1 % concentration . DSR 2.35.3.1
