Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking , sweeping cleanand washing down with water to remove dust etc and Brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per SM all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with sub class ‘B’ old sized bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complted all as sepcified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed.
