Soil Investigation of SPT Test as per IS: 2131-1981 in ordinary soil consisting of clay/silt/sand or their mixture with shell and auger method 10.0 m depth or refusal whichever is earlier and collection of samples, testing of these samples in laboratory for grain size analysis, Atterberg limits, water content, cohesion angle of internal friction,specific gravity, wet & dry bulk density etc. and evaluation of safe bearing capacity along with strata logs. In case of soil the depth of 10.0M or refusal before in case of gravel and hard rock/strata and provide 02 set of hard copy by stamp & sign (Original)

Submission of Structural Design and drawing including Structure and Plan, cross section drawing, elevation & Sectional elevation of full details,plumbing drawing, detailed calculation, & Drawing as per latest I.S. Code in 3 copies (Soft & hard) (including vetting from any Govt. college or University) & Preparation of Detailed Estimate for on basis of Latest DSR (Civil & Elect.) & upto date correction slips and Market rate analysis. Submission of detailed estimate including Measurement sheet, Rate of Analysis as per Latest DSR (Civil & Elect.) in 3 copies (Soft & hard).

Digital topographical land surveying by using Drone of high precision, making position of each physical feature on the ground true to their position like showing all existing feature like Building, Boundary wall /fencing for each unit, road, electric pole, light pole, transformer, tree, paver block, dust bin, water tank, sentry post, gate, and existing drain with invert level, taking spot level, at Grid 5.0 X 5.0 M and contour interval 1.0 m marking of BM and points as directed by Engineer-in-charge, submission of drawing in hard copy 02 nos. sets with size A1/A2 (1189 x 841 mm) in good quality paper colored drawing with Soft Copy in PDF & AUTOCAD File in /Email
