Dismantling of existing electric connection from 30 KVA DG Set to panel with taking prior shut down all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay, jointing and testing XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core cable laid in trenches/pasing through pipe under road crossing etc all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5Mtr width n. exc 1.5 Mtr in depth for laying of cables & foundation of poles, stay assembly and getting out soft/loose soil.

M&L for sand cushioning to PVC underground cable with screened and washed sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

M/L for brick work with FLY ASH BRICKS (As per IS-13757(1993) burnt clay fly ash building bricks), (OLD SIZE BRICKS) with width equal to the length of the brick laid dry & flat abutted with each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc 10 mm over UG cable for protection and complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in any type soil.

Removing of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 80mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

M&L Galvanized iron tubing, 50 mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable including taking down old unserviceable GI tube complete.

M&L for plate earthing for sub-station equipments (DG Set) complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the eath electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth strip 25x4 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate electrode at one end and connected to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipments etc at the other, earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI medium grade pipe with all fittings from top of electrode to body of equipment and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work, etc. Complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I.
