Dismantling of "B" phase pole of 220 KV Alstom make SF-6 circuit breaker of TBC at 220KV S/S Bansi. The Job includes erection of same pole after attending the gas leakage including cost of labour T&P etc required for the execution of work.
Inspection and rectification of gas leakage of 220KV SF-6 "B" phase circuit breaker ALSTOM make type GL314 at 220 KV S/S Bansi of Transfer Bus Coupler bay. The job includes opening of B-pole assembly from upper & lower terminal flanges. Cleaning of all grooves of flanges and porcelains with petrol, scrubber pad and acrylic solution. Replacement of all O-ring of the pole and gas pipe fittings by applying anabond adhesive. Reassembly of pole then evacuation of pole upto 760mm. Hg. After testing of Vaccum for 12 hrs. and satisfactory result, refilling of SF-6 gas up to required level. Checking of Proper operation of circuit Breaker from local and remote. All materials, T7P expect SF-6 gas required for Execuition of work will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
