Material & Labour for servicing and renewal/replacement of defective parts of DG set of 1500 KVA capacity of model KTA50G8-1 of cummins make as per company norms by disconnecting of LT bus bar/Cable connections, opening of doors etc. complete cleaning of all parts of the DG Set including canopy, checking and repairing any leakages, checking control wiring & rewiring if required, checking & topping up engine Oil, Checking and topping up Coolant, replacing Engine oil filters, replacing fuel filters, replace air filters, replacing water filters, replacing leaking hose pipes, replacing O rings, checking all connections, nut, bolt, hose clamp & V belts etc for tightness complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per ser item No 1 but servicing of DG set of any make and model of 500 KVA capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per ser item No 1 but servicing of DG set of any make and model of 250/320 KVA capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per ser item No 1 but servicing of DG set of any make and model of 100 KVA capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Attending breakdown / urgent complaints of standby DG set incl Engine, alternator, AMF panel etc of 1500 KVA capacity whenever required round the clock to check, repair/replace the any parts related to breakdown and rectify the fault to restore the standby supply complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Complaint will be measured only after the rectification of breakdown.

All as per item No 5 but of standby DG Set upto 500 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note for Ser item No. 1 to 6:- (i) Maintenance/repair shall be carried out by authorised dealer of CUMMINS/ CROMPTON GREAVES/ KIRLOSKER / JAKSONS. (ii) All Measuring equipments / T&P required, minor items like copper control cables, fuses, indication relays, nut bolts, clamps, hose pipes etc and any other activity/ minor items not listed/covered here above and required during /completing the work for smooth functiong of DG Set will have to be arranged by Contractor himself incl transportation (to & fro) and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoated rates. (iv) Major Spare parts shall be paid separately under relative item this schedule as supply only. However fixing charges shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates only. (v) A sum of Rs. 5000/- will be recovered from the contractor for non rectification of breakdown/fault or replacement of any unserviceable spares after 12 hours from lodging of complaint telephonically or verbally.

Supply only in replacement of fuel filter suitable for upto 1500 KVA capacity existing DG sets and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement of superbypass filter suitable for upto 1500 KVA capacity existing DG sets and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement of air filter suitable for 1500 KVA capacity existing DG sets and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement of air filter suitable for upto 500 KVA capacity existing DG sets and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement multi grade premium engine oil in sealed packing as per manufacturer recommendation suitable for DG Set of any type / make & capacity, complete all as specified.

Supply only in replacement genuine concentrated coolant in sealed packing as per manufacturer recommendation suitable for DG Set of any type / make & capacity, complete all as specified.

Supply only in replacement Electric control unit (ECU) duly programmed fixed in DG Panel with and including checking and rectifying / rewiring faulty electrical circuit suitable for existing DG Set of any make & model upto 500 KVA capacity, complete all as specified.

Supply only in replacement of AVR (automatic voltage regulator) suitable for 100 KVA to 500 KVA DG and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement of AVR (automatic voltage regulator) suitable for 1500 KVA DG set and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement of solenoid valve with assembly suitable upto 1500 KVA DG Set with and including taking out old valve assembly and making all connection, testing for smooth operation of DG set complete all as specified.

Supply only in replacement water seperator suitable upto 1500 KVA DG set of existing make and model, complete all as specified.

Supply only in replacement water temperature meter suitable for DG set of any type/make and capacity, complete all as specified.

Supply only in replacement thermostat alongwith complete assembly for any type DG set connection testing complete all as specified.

Supply only in replacement hose pipe of existing size and lentgh for the connection between fuel filling point to tank complete with clamp for DG set of capacity up to 500 KVA complete all as specified.

Supply only in replacement fan belts V-type No B124 or as per existing suitable for cooling tower of DG Sets upto 1500 KVA capacity complete all as specified.

Material & labour for opening, disconnecting of supply connection & taking out of FIP (fuel injector pump) of DG set of capacity upto 1500 KVA and carrying complete overhauling / servicing / reconditioning of Pump with and including replacement of all unserviceable parts as required and re-assembling the same, fitted with DG set properly in original location, checking and making proper all connections, testing for smooth operation complete all as specified. Note : 1. The cost of replaced spares / parts is deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. 2. The cost of transportation (to and fro) for all kind of necessary equipment / T&P shall be arranged by contractor to complete the job.3. The complete work is to be carried through the authorised dealer only complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement self strater of existing make and model suitable for 500 KVA DG set incl making all connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement battery 12 volts, 180 AH 25 plate suitable for DG set upto 1500 KVA capcity. Note:- Contractor will submit 3 years warranty for battery from the date of purchase complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement battery charging sets adjustable type, suitable for charging 01/02 Nos 12V batteries, fixed in DG sets / panel including rewiring of faulty control circuit complete all as specified.

Opening cooling tower, taking out cooling tower fills of any size, cleaning storage tank properly and Supply & fixing of PVC fills of size 24"x12"x6" for cooling tower, re-assembling the cooling tower parts and fixing properly including replacement of nut bolt with washer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of FRP body of cooling tower as per existing type and size suitable for 500 KVA DG set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of PVC Branch Pipes of 15mm dia of cooling tower making suitable holes and proper fixing arrangement and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of Header Pipe of 100 mm dia of cooling tower and make suitable holes for fixing of branch pipes and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement fuel tank lock for DG set of capacity up to 1500 KVA DG set as per exisitng type & size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement door lock for DG set of capacity up to 1500 KVA as per exisitng type & size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement door hinges for DG set of capacity up to 1500 KVA as per exisitng type & size complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cleaning the DG set fuel tank upto 990 ltr capacity by taking out fuel from fuel tank, keeping it in container, removing sludge & sediments deposited inside the fuel tanks by washing with detergent washing powder & air compressor and refilling after cleaning of fuel tank including testing for proper working complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for painting of DG set fuel tank of 990 ltr capacity with 2 coat of senthetic enamelled paint after scrubbing and cleaning of surface area complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for painting of motor, pumps and GI piping of cooling tower of DG set upto capacity 1500 KVA with 2 coat of senthetic enamelled paint of existing colour scheme after scrubbing and cleaning of surface area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted surface of DG set of capacity 1500 KVA any type/description by cleaning dirt, oil, grease, removing the rust by scratching with wire brush / emery paper etc and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour scheme and pattern on out side body of the complete DG set parts like canopy, engine, alternator, exhaust system, angle iron supports, base frame etc by spray painting and writing of letter required MES No etc. and testing the same to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item no 37 here in above but painting 500KVA Diesel Generator set complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 37 here in above but painting of 100KVA to 320KVA Diesel Generator set complete all as specified and directed. Note for Ser item No. 35 to 39- (a) The T&P like compressor, spray machine, ladders etc shall be arranged/ brought by contractor at site and the cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) Volt meter, Ammeter, relays or any display etc. on DG set should be covered properly at the time of painting and after painting if any damage to the existing display or any item occured then the same will be replaced by contractor with out any extra cost to deptt.

M&L for repair to DG Set Exhaust system & body upto 500 KVA DG set necessary welding to close holes at bends and other places with suitable sheets welding all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of electric motor of 10 HP capacity, replacement of bearing, terminal plate including nut bolt and refixing the same with proper alignment testing & comissioning complete all as specified & directed. Note: All T&P and transportation (to and fro) of motor to workshop deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

All as per item no 41 here in above but rewinding of 7.5 HP motor complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for overhauling of pump of 10 HP capacity, replacement SS shaft, Mechanical seal, tyre coupling, replacement of bearing, terminal plate including nut bolt and refixing the same to proper alignment after testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: All T&P and transportation (to and fro) of pump to workshop deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

All as per item no 44 here in above but overhauling of 7.5 HP pump complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement steel water tubing of the 80 mm bore sizes, ‘Medium grade’, galvanized, with all fittings laid in trenches or on ground or on pillars complete all as specified and as directed.
