REPAIR/ MAINT OF SERVICE CABLE, BUILDING SECURITY LIGHTS, SUB MAIN WIRING, METER PANEL BOARD AT SAILOR MARRIED ACCOMMODATION AT LOW RISE BUILDING OF OLD AND NEW NAVY NAGAR UNDER GE (NW) NAVY NAGAR.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of meter cabin panel mounted on angle iron frame 40x40x5 mm grouted on floor,cubical indoor type for 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet weather, vermin proof factory fabricated, CPRI approved, front open hinged door with locking arrangement powder coated, individual compartment for MCCBs and 200 Amps rated copper bus bar(All in equal size), top and bottom cable entry with proper size glands including disconnecting cable connections and electronic meters from old meter cabin panel and fixing & connecting in new installed panel with provisions of thimble/lugs and making provisions of vision glasses for meter readings, one spare MCCB compartment, and including PCC on 1:2:4 type B-1 for fixing meter cabin at old meter cabin place complete all as specified and as directed comprising of the following (a) MCCB 100A, 4 pole, 415 volt, thermal magnatic release type, Ics=100% Icu, 25 kA - 01 Nos, Cat No-4200 55 of Make-Legrand/Siemens/L&T/Schneider. (b) MCCB 63A, 4 pole, 415 volt, thermal magnatic release type, Ics=100% Icu, 25 kA-02 Nos, Cat No-4200 53 of Make-Legrand/Siemens/L&T/Schneider. (c) Taking out the meter from the existing panel and fix it in new panel along with wiring complete. (d) MCB SPN 32 Amps- 10 Nos Make-Legrand Cat No-4086 17 or eqivalent to L&T/Schnider/ABB. (e) Digital panel meter with LED multifunction meter with CT/PT and all parameters as V, A, F, PF, KW, kVAR, kWH etc of make :- L&T, Cat Ref -WL441010OOOO-01 set or equivalent in Legrand/Schnieder/ABB. (f) Phase indicator lamp R,Y & B - (01 Set of three). (g) Copper Bus bar, 200 Amps Rated - R,Y,B & N - (01Set of four). (h) Reconnecting of submain cable 2 core 4/ 6 Sqmm copper conductor with outgoing of energy meter. (i) Making good the disturbed surface of meter cabin room if any damages occures during shifting of panel. Note :- Before fabrication of panel the contractor has to take approval from accepting officer on drawing.

All as per Item No 1.00 above but comprising of the following :- (a) MCCB 63A, 4 pole, 415 volt, thermal magnatic release type, Ics=100% Icu, 25 kA-02 Nos, Cat No-4200 53 of Make-Legrand/Siemens/L&T/Schneider (b) MCB SPN 32 Amps- 10 Nos Make-Legrand Cat No-4086 17 or eqivalent to L&T/Schnider/ABB (c) Taking out the meter from the existing panel and fix it in new panel along with wiring complete. (d) Digital panel meter with LED multifunction meter with CT/PT and all parameters as V, A, F, PF, KW, kVAR, kWH etc of make :- L&T, Cat Ref -WL441010OOOO-01 set or equivalent in Legrand/Schnieder/ABB. (e) Phase indicator lamp R,Y & B - (01 Set of three). (f) Copper Bus bar, 100 Amps Rated - R,Y,B & N - (01Set of four). (g) Reconnecting of submain cable 2 core 4/ 6 Sqmm copper conductor with outgoing of energy meter. (h) Making good the disturbed surface of meter cabin room if any damages occures during shifting of panel. Taking out old u/s and Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of LT feeder pillar box factory made cubical outdoor type, fabricated out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet with angle iron base frame made of 40x40x6mm, 45cm height, floor mounted duly bolts and nuts grouted, dust and vermine proof, suitable for voltage 415V 3 phase 4 wire weather proof with IP-66 protection, with separate hinge door for each compartment for incoming and out going MCCB etc with locking arrangement, with back door openable (Screwed), legs grouted in PCC complete including painting with two coats of epoxy powder paint over a coat of primer after under going a rigorous metal treatment process involving alkaline degreasing, descaling in dilute sulphuric acid or any other acid and phosphate and with copper busbar (TPN), suitable double compression copper cable glands complete in all respect for bay work station and including provn of the following:- (a) S&F MCCB 100 Amps, 4 Pole, 25 kA, thermal magnetic release, Ics=100% Icu - 01 Nos, (b) S&F MCCB 63 Amps, 4 Pole, 16 kA, thermal magnetic release, Ics=100% Icu - 01 Nos, (c) S&F RCBO's 63 Amps, 4 Pole 300mA - 01 Nos, (d) S&F MCB SPN 40 Amps, 10 kA, - 01 Nos, (e) Digital panel meter with LED multifunction meter with CT/PT and all parameters as V,A,F,PF,KW,kVAR,kWH etc of (f) Phase indicator lamp R,Y & B (Set of 3)- 01 Set (g) S&F Copper Bus bar 250 Amps of suitable size, all are in equal size - Set 1(R, Y, B, N) Note: All existing cable connections will be disconnected from old Panel carefully and re-connected with new Panel by providing glands and thimble all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F cable PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, FRLS, 1100V grade, 2 core 6 sqmm stranded copper conductor electric cable laid on wall/ roof/ duct complete with proper saddling and connecting to DBs with glands including taking out existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for earthing with steel earth plate electrode of size 60x60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1 with angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, excavation , earth work in any type of soil, removal of excavated soil and returning filling in all as required at site complete all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified or indicated including testing on completion incl taking down old one complete all as specified. NOTE :-Rates inclusive of necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover, funnel with watering pipe, GI earth wire upto 7.5 m long for connecting to test point etc. all as required at site for complete earthing.

M&L for aluminium strip 25x3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors above ground.

M&L scrapping old worn out paint from complete indoor type meter cabin panels (area exc 5 sqm but not exc 8) and painting with one coats of synthetic enamel paint (incl front door in side and indl compartment outer side etc also) over a coat of primer and spray painting complete including fixing sticker danger sign board suitable for LT panel board and replacement of brocken glass of any size all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

M & L for snap-on trunking system including cover, angles bends and all accessories and fitting of size 50x80 mm fixing on wall complete all specified and directed.

Material & Labour for repairs/ Servicing to Existing Meter panels Indoor type of each Bldg by taking shut down from appropiate authority including checking loose connections and tight connection and cleaning inside/out side all connection, replacing old/rusted cable glands,thimbles and lugs as per the size of existing cable, repair to broken /hanging doors, glas and cover bolts etc to make it servicable and testing the entire panel board after the completion of servicing up to the satisfication of Engr-in-charge all as directd and specified. Note :- The tenders quoted rate per unit shall deemed to be inclusive of taking out burnt MCB SPN/MCCB/Voltmeter/ Ampiermeter/LED lamps of any type and discription etc and refixing the same, which shall be measured and paid as supply only vide relivent items of this schedule. (i) Cleaning inside the panel and all incoming and out going including MCCB/MCB SPN thorouly with help of Vaccum Cleaner. (ii) Checking the loose connections of incoming and out going cable/wire and rectifify the same.
