Repair and restoration of existing decorative fountain including inspection and dismantling of defective valve connections, replacement/repair of defective inlet/outlet/drain valves, opening and cleaning of blocked drain line, removal of accumulated silt/debris, rectification of leakage/loose joints, replacement of minor plumbing fittings, testing and commissioning of fountain and proper drainage arrangement

Providing and fixing at or near ground level factory made RCC pavement slab of M-30 grade of size 450x450x50 mm, including reinforcement with 6 mm dia M.S. bars 4 nos on each side, including setting in position in footpath to the required level and line over a bed of 20 mm average thick cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand), having joint thickness not more than 5mm except on curve, including filling of joints with same cement mortar and making grooves etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Quantity = Flag pole floor tiling and garden pathway tiling= 400 Sft = 37.16Sqm

Repair and Development of Existing Lawn: Complete repair and development of existing lawn including site cleaning, removal of unwanted weeds, wild grass, dry/dead grass and debris; uprooting and disposal of unsuitable vegetation; loosening and preparation of existing soil; filling of low-lying portions with good quality fertile earth/top soil; dressing, levelling and grading of lawn area; breaking of clods and removal of stones, roots and other foreign material; mixing and application of well-decomposed organic manure/compost; repair of damaged and bare patches by providing and planting suitable lawn grass/turf; re-sowing/replanting of grass in deficient areas; rolling and fine levelling of the surface; watering, initial establishment and necessary trimming; including all labour, materials, carriage, tools, implements and incidental works required to bring the existing lawn into a healthy, level, green and aesthetically developed condition, complete in all respects.

Providing and planting ornamental/avenue trees of suitable species, including pit preparation, good earth, manure, planting, watering and dressing

Providing and fixing MS tree guards fabricated from suitable MS angle/flat/round sections, including cutting, welding, grinding, painting with primer and two coats of protective paint and fixing around planted trees

Providing and planting ornamental flowering plants and shrubs of suitable varieties, including excavation of pits, good earth, manure, planting, watering and initial maintenance

Providing, supplying and fixing 4 Nos. decorative Victorian-style garden lights complete with suitable decorative MS/Aluminium lamp post, weather-resistant LED lantern/luminaire, suitable LED lamp, mounting accessories, terminal block, internal wiring, protective earthing, foundation/base fixing arrangement, GI/PVC conduit and necessary electrical accessories, including excavation and casting/fixing of suitable concrete foundation, alignment and levelling of poles, cable termination, testing and commissioning of complete lighting points. The work shall include all required nuts, bolts, clamps, junction boxes, connectors, cable glands and other incidental materials, complete in all respects.
