Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m deep for laying of water pipe lines/taking out pipe lines and getting out in soft/loose of soil including forming bottom surface to required level and slope complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exe 2.5 cm soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI water mains 20 to 80 mm dia bore (including all fitting) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying in trenches centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pipes of 100 mm dia pressure pipes water delivery with spigot & socket end, class 'K-7' conforming to IS:8329/2000 (latest version) - suitable for (push on) rubber gasket jointing with inside cement mortar lining with portland slag cement as per IS 455 ;1989 and external metallic zinc coating as per annex A of IS 8329 withfinishing layer of bitumin coating as per annex C, duly ISI marked in any length including testing and commissioning all as specified and directed and all as specified and directed.

Note: Cost of equipment, tools and plants and material required for boring shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for PCC Block masonry valve pit of size 120 x 120 x 120 cm (internal dimensions of chamber) built in CM 1:6 including 10mm thick plastering internally with cement mortar 1:6 and flush pointing externally as the work proceeds in same mortar complete with 3.15mm thick MS sheet cover with angle iron 40 x 40 x 6mm frame, handle, locking arrangement including provisioning of 2 foot steps made out of MS 16mm round bars and painting steel surface (cover inside and outside with frame) with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete.

Demolition of existing valve pit chamber, M&L for PCC Block masonry valve pit of size 90 x 90 x 90 cm (internal dimensions of chamber) built in CM 1:6 including 10mm thick plastering internally with cement mortar 1:6 and flush pointing externally as the work proceeds in same mortar complete with 3.15mm thick MS sheet cover with angle iron 40 x 40 x 6mm frame, handle, locking arrangement including provisioning of 2 foot steps made out of MS 16mm round bars and painting steel surface (cover inside and outside with frame) with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete.

M & L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in padestal /foundation etc incl form work complete all as specified and directed including demolition of existing.

Material and labour for rubber moulded machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver with grey cement confirming to IS -15658-2000 of 60 mm thickness , M-35 grade as in path , hard standing etc laid over and including 25 mm compacted sand cushioning , including 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate including surface excavation over area n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil and remving excavated soil exc 50 mtr but n . exc 250 mtr including locking with PCC as per requirement including demolition of existing PCC/paver complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Cutting existing road upto the bottom of soiling any thickness , taking out all road material, segregate soling metal and WBM metal and stacking seperately . Making good the disturbed surface by filling with old road metal as retrieved, watered and compact manually, and then top surface shall be made good by providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 100mm thick finished the surface making impression of broom complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Excavation beyond bottom at soling shall be measured and paid under respective item of excavation in trenches. (ii) Soil filling shall be measured and paid under respective item of returning filling.
