Providing material, Equipment and labour for Excavation for foundation upto 1.5 m depth including sorting out and stacking of useful materials and disposing off the excavated stuff upto 50 Meter lead.(C) Hard Murrum complete as directed by engineer-incharge.

Steel work, welded in built up sections framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of read lead paint. (A)In beams and joists, channels angles Tees, flats, with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams. Hip and jack rafters, purlins conneted to common rafters and the like. including Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

Providing and fixing Precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required etc. complete as diected by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying and jointing in true line and level 110 diametre U.P.V.C (Type B) conforming to IS 13592-1992 with one end plain and other end socketed with rubber ring, & fittings conforming to ISI 14735-1999 of approved make for drainage system pipe line, pipe shall be jointed with each other with rubber lubricant, pipe shall be fixed on wall using of PVC clamp of the size 110 mm diametre x 149 mm length x 145 mm heigh at every 2000 mm center to center or shall be concealed in walls as directed including necessary fittings such as bends, shoes etc. including testing of pipes and joints and jointed with adhesive solvent cement including cost of all materials. Providing and fixing five courses water profing treatment with bitumen felt consisting of second and fourth course of blown / bitumen or/ and residual bitumen applied hot at 1.2 kg.per Sq.M.of area for each course and firstcourse with fibre base bitunen saturated under lay type land third course with fibre base self finished felt type 2 grade 1 and fifth and final course of stone grit 6mm and down size or pea sizes gravel spread at 0.008 Cu. Providing and laying polished Kota stone slab flooring over 20mm (Average) thick base of cement mortar 1:6 (1-cement : 6-coarse sand) or L.M. 1.1.5 (1-Lime putty :1.5 - coarse sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing etc. complete. (A) 25mm thick (upto 10 ton)

P & L 24" x 24" vitrified 8 mm thick tile flooring/wall over 20 mm (average) base of cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 coarse sand) on new surface or fixing on existing flooring/wall skirting by adhesive material including dismentaling of existing flooring and jointed with color cement slurry including finised with flush pointing & cleaning the surface etc. complete for Anti skid / Dark shade / Light Shade, etc complete work as directed by engineer-incharge.

Applying two coats of Birla (white cement based) or Asian (acrylic lapy- putty) or equivalent & two coats of primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth. Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade including throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior emulsion paint on wall surface (two coats) to give an required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and remains of loose powdered materials.etc complete

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with synthetic enamel paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.
