Supplying and drawing following sizes of PVC Insulated and PVC Round Sheathed Aluminium Conductor flexible cable for Voltage Grade 1100 Volts as per IS: 694:1990. (Internal Wire) including removing of fitting and reinstallation of fitting back with help of tower wagon.

Supplying of following size XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Dismantling and Taking out of existing octagonal/Swaged poles along with street light fittings upto 12/10/8 mtr length from Cement concrete foundation by the help of crane of suitable capacity and with manual labour i/c loading and carriage/ transportation by suitable truck from various sites upto distance of 20 Kms of PWD Roads to PWD Sub Division office at Rama Road JE(E) store and storage at safe place i/c. unloading etc. as reqd i/c taking permission from traffic police if required. if any mishappening will occur during entire work only the agency will be the responsible. (As and when required basis.)

Installation of octagonal/Swaged poles along with street light fittings inplace of damaged pole upto 12/10/8 mtr length from Cement concrete foundation by the help of crane of suitable capacity and with manual labour i/c loading and carriage/ transportation by suitable truck from PWD Sub Division office at Rama Road JE(E) store to various sites upto distance of 25 Kms of PWD Roads. if any mishappening will occur during entire work only the agency will be the responsible.(Note- Foundation bolt should be welded properly) (As and when required basis.)

Supplying and fixing of 40 Amp terminal block suitable for 25sq.mm conductor -4 nos. & shorting links – 5nos. on DIN channel i/c pdg. and fixing DIN channel of suitable length – 2 nos. on the existing laminated sheet. a) Supplying and fixing 6 Amp, SPMCB, ‘C’ Characteristics Curve - 2 No. Earth stud-2Nos. welded at suitable height two nos. washers, springs washers & nuts. b) Cable support clamp suitable for 4 Nos of 4x25 sqmm cable. c) The nuts and bolts shall be welded..

Dismantling of following size of semi high mast/high mast pole including dismantling of all accessories like LEF fitting, ring, rope, gear box and supplied all dismantle accessories at JE store Rama Road (Approx 30 Km from all site) and pole layed near by available space and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (As and when required basis.)

Reinstallation of following size semi high mast/high mast pole including fixing of all accessories like LED fitting, Gear box, Rope, Internal wire, ring etc. on suitable location as directed by Engineer-in-charge and with proper repairing of gear box etc as required.(As and when required basis.)

Supplying & Fixing of following size Aluminium thimble with proper connection and PVC Tape etc as required.

Supplying and coating composite electric insulation suitable of 8/10/12 Mtr Street light pole upto 2 mtr. height from base after cleaning of street light pole ( like internet wire, banners, polythene etc.) for 1 KVA to 11 KVA to avoid the current leakage. Supplying & fixing of weather proof hot press moulded SMC distributions boxes of 250 x 200 x 105 (mm) deep with front opening with hinged type door having locking arrangement mounted on wall / pole with the help of clamp etc i/c providing & fixing of 2 no 6 A to 32 A ratings , SP MCB, “C” curve, 10 KA breaking capacity, channel and 2 nos 20 mm x 3 mm thick copper strip i/c 4 nos DMC / SMC support for fixing the strip , 3 nos hole in each strip, making hole for cable entry & making hole of suitable size in existing pole to draw wire for connection of existing fitting with tower wagon at suitable height etc complete as required.
