Supply, installing, commissioning and testing complete of Manufacturer or OEM (Original Eqpt Manufacturer) manufactured and tested static Diesel Engine driven Generating Set capable of delivering 100 KVA (80 KW), at 0.8 power factor 107 HP as per latest amendement CPCB-IV+ 415 volts (AC 3 Phase, 4 wire system of supply), 50 Hz at power factor minimum power factor of 0.8 lagging. Compact size with manual/automatic starting system, sound proof, weather proof enclosure, low vibration, best in class fuel consumption, class G2 governing in its range, which gives better accuracy in decreasing the speed drop in transient and lowering the recovery time of the speed, confirms to statutory Govt. CPCB-IV+ emission & noise level norms, the enclosure is of modular construction with the provision to assemble and dismantle easily, the sheet metal components are 11 tanks pre-teated and is polyster based powder coated (inside as well as outside) for long life. All nuts, bolts, hardware of of stainless steel for longer life. Battery is provided in a tray inside the enclosure. Doors are gasketed with high quelity EDPN gasket to avoid leakage of sound, a special residential silencer is to be provided to control exhaust noise, specially designed sound attenuators to provide to control sound at air entry and exist points inside the enclosure. System sound to vibration free, engine and alternator are to mounted on specially designed anti-vibration pads mounted on base frame. Adequate ventilation is to be provided to meet the air requirement for combustion and heat removal.

(I) Diesel Engine. Diesel engine 100 KVA, 4 cylinder, three phase liquid cooled, turbo charged developing 107 HP. Electric start, compressed ignition, 4 stroke engine design to run continiously at 1500 RPM. Diesel Genset confirms to present CPCB IV+ norms. The disel engine comprise of following :- (a) Radiator with fan (b) Electric starter motor with self starting system (c) G2 as per ISO 8528 part V class governor (d) Battery charging alternator (e) Dry type air cleaner with service indicator (f) 1 x 12 V DC battery (g) Lube oil and fuel filter (h) First fill of oil and Coolant . The Engine shall be Water cooled 100 KVA, CPCB-IV+, HP-107, oil lubricated, Exhaust silencer, Self seating arrangements and battery charger unit developing 1500 rpm suitable for above output of alternator, capable of taking 10% overloading for 1 hour after 12 hour of continuous operation. The engine shall be fitted complete with all the required accessories like oil type air cleaner, Exhaust silencer suitable for canopy, Expansion bellow,Lube oil cooler,Full flow lube oil filter, Fuel filters (Primary and micron) in-line mono block fuel injection pump, mechanical Governor and fuel feed pump,Flywheel with starter ring and bell housing suitable for close coupling,Exhaust gas driven turbocharger,12 Volt electric starter motor, Battery charging alternator, microprocessor based controller fixed in power panel, Protection system for Low lube oil pressure, High cylinder head temperature, Fuel off solenoid, Initial fill of lube oil, Lube oil drain arrangement,Breather Pipe, AVM's etc complete all as specifiedand directed.

(VII) SPECIFICATION OF CANOPY : (i) Acoustic Enclosure: The Acoustic enclosure shall be powder coated and fabricated out of 16 SWG CRCA MS sheet . The silent canopy shall be of nut bolt type construction. Critical process of punching is done on CNC machines to maintain dimensional accuracy of holes within 0.1mm . Powder coating is done after eleven tank surface preparation process of sheet metal.Canopy panel and doors shall have inside lining of Fire Retardant foam as acoustic material . Four hinged doors shall be provided to canopy one door shall have glass window for control panel along with following connected accessories/ arrangements like Emergency stop button with wiring ,12 Volt Emergency light with wiring,4 nos Slam type Lock with key, 4 Nos lifting hooks,Viewing glass for control panel in the door,Rock wool stuffing in hot air zone,25 mm thickness FTD 32 model foam,3 mm thickness polyurethene cross link tape provided in between top roof and hood,Rain cover plate for Exhaust pipe opening in the roof, All external fasteners used are SS and internal are MS with Green Passivation,Exhaust piping system provided with tail pipe after silencer. (II) Performance Parameters: The average sound level, when measured in green field condition (ISO 3744or 8528 PT 10 ) at 1- meter distance from all four sides shall be less than 75-dBA averages as per CPCB IV+ norms.The average stabilized hot air temperature rise within the canopy is maintained within 10 ºC over and above ambient temperature.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE LT insulated, PVC outer sheathed, galvanised steel strips armoured, heavy duty power cable with aluminium conductor suitable for rated voltage of 1100 volts grade earthed system and conforming to IS:7098 of 1995 and of size 3.5 core x 150 Sqmm and laid in trenches/ ducts/ pipe or on pole complete all as specified and directed Note : Rate quoted by the contractor deemed to be inclusive of suitable size of aluminium lugs, thimbles, cable glands, nuts and bolts at cable termination ends irrespective of any span or any length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
