Opening the 11 KV TPMO and making the Transformer free from 11 KV side supplies, opening the LT side cables from the LT side of Transformer, cutting of the neutral and body earth strips and reconnecting the above all after completion of the works.
Dismantling of the LT PVC leads from LT side of the Transformers, LT distribution boards, LT PVC cables from LT Distribution board towards the LT main circuit complete. (Approx. 42 Mtr.)
Shifting of the 400 KVS Transformer from the damaged plinth to near by rides with the help of crane and manual labor and replacing the manual labour and re-placing on the plinth properly after completion of the works same after construction of plinth in the right position/place etc.
Removal & Disposal of Malba of Plinth safely to site.
Dismantling of uprooting of LT distribution board before the works and re-fixing/re-erection after the works with grouting the legs properly.
Dismantling of the wire mesh fencing of 11/0.4 KV and safe cartage of the same to 33/11 KV Sub-Station Nauchandi.
Construction of plinth sutaible for 400 KVA 11/0.4 KV Sub-Station in brick works upto proper height in the ratio of 1:6, filling of the sands in the plinth, proper ramming with watering and laying of the platform along with making plaster 1:4 in 12 MM thickness complete.
Cutting and Placing of the RS joist/Rail pieces in the plinth for base of 400 KVA Transformer as per site requirements.
Laying of LT PVC leads and cables and making connections properly with binding & Tapping Droppers.
Repairing and Re-erection of wire mesh fencing of Sub-Station with cutting and jointing/welding of MS angle/ wire mesh fencing etc. as per site requirement and grouting of the legs of the same properly.
Water level earthing of Transformer neutral and body proper connecting by MS earth strip by 32x4 MS Properly.
Reparing and Re-Connecting of Double pole with replacement of jumpers etc.
Replacment and fixing of LT line I/C and O/G studs properly.
