Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in over areas ( exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out the excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ).

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.

1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone III) :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. pressed butt hinges with necessary scrws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and scrws etc. complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, lader, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Finishing walls with textred exterior paint of required shade.

New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Two or more coats on new work.

Providing hollow block wallng upto floor level 100 mm thick consisting of using hollow block of size 40 x 10 x 20 cm of mix 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal and down size) having a crushing strength of 3.50 N/m2 at 28 days as per IS 2185 ( Part-I) 1979 laid in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand) complete.
