Providing and Fixing 12 MM thick toughened glass partition (SAINT GOBAIN/ MODIGUARD/ ASAHI) of 0.60 meter height and 2.50 meter average length (Length may varies as per site condition) with mirror polished edges ,fixed as per lay out approved by Engineer-in-charge with Spider/patch fittings fixed as and where required ,specially ordered Stainless steel Spider/patch fittings (DORMA , OZONE, ASSA ABLOY, HAFELE, GEZE OR equivalent make) as legs, tees, junctions, angles, glass to glass connectors, wall to glass connectors ,L angle connectors ,2 way glass connectors with SS patti with double sided bolt including all Stainless steel bolts with nuts etc used as and where required as per approved layout plan by Engineer-in-charge. Glass to be of required length with proper support with all gaps filled with silicon sealent. Toughened Glass to have holes/cutouts to accommodate patch fittings, all complete as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. All the handling, transportation and insurance charges if required will be borne by the agency. Note: The Item includes all necessary cost such as scaffolding, silicon sealent, necessary Spider/patch fittings, toughened glass etc. MS Tubes or pipes for vertical/ horizontal support will be paid separately.

Providing and Fixing internal frameless Glass partition 2.65 m height and 2.50 meter average length (Length varies as per site condition) on MS vertical (80 mm NB)/ Horizontal supports (25 mm NB) with 12 MM thick toughened clear glass as per elevation drawings with approved S.S. Spider/ patch fittings of (DORMA, OZONE, ASSA ABLOY, HAFELE, GEZE Or equivalent make) fixed with S.S. screws or with fixing clips including necessary filling up gaps at junction, at bottom and sides with required weather silicon of approved grade and with the backer rod of approved make to be inserted between aluminium channel and glass as well as both inside and outside around the periphery of the glass as per drawing showing glazing details and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. Toughened Glass to have holes/cut outs to accommodate patch fittings, all complete as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. All the handling, transportation and insurance charges if required will be borne by the agency. MS Tubes for vertical/ horizontal support will be paid separately. Note: The Item includes all necessary cost such as scaffolding, silicon sealent, necessary Spider/patch fittings, toughened glass etc. MS pipe for support will be paid separately.

Providing and fixing MS stud of 25 mm diameter and 38 mm length with all necessary screw and properly welding to existing MS pole, grinding of welded surface, all complete as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer in charge.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. a) Hot finished seamless type tubes

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on New works over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge: (a) All kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level (a) 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts (Steel grade 8.8) with nuts and washer plates complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Preparation of existing pole by cutting on top and removing the paint from welding portion to make it proper for welding the new pipe and coupling over existing pole. The existing pipe is fixed to back side of frameless glass. Item includes cutting of pole, removing the paint, precautionary arrangement for existing glass, labour etc and as per Direction and satifaction of EIC.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 250 metres lead.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 250 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge : (a) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Removing Glass Partition manually/by mechanical means including stacking of material within 250 metres lead upto the designated location as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Approximate size of one glass is 6.00 sqm or more)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

Providing and laying Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Providing and laying Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 250 metres lead upto the designated location. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm. (Before dismantling marking to be made on floor and cutting through tile cutting machine, tiles to be neatly dismantle to avoid damage of surrouding tiles and area cleaned satisfactorily.)

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).
