MAPEPROOF SWELL Single component hydro-expensive paste. Providing and applying of super flow micro-concrete with dual shrinkage-compensation called MAPEFILL 06, high flow, single component formulation. The micro-concrete shall be in accordance to EN 1504-6 & shall exhibit a compressive strength minimum of >40 MPa at 7 days and >55 MPa at 28 days, a flexural strength of >9 Mpa after 28 days, adhesion to concrete substrate of >2.5 Mpa after 28 days. The microconcrete shall not require polymer bonding agent as primer. Can be used for grouting of gaps with thicknesses ranging from 50 mm to 250 mm and shall have fresh wet density in excess of 2250 kg/M3. Item9 Nos Excess(+) Full Conversion INR
