Treatment of sunken floor slab compriases of the following specifications and all as specified :- (i) M&L for cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. 40mm thick, PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding conc to achieve proper slope. (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 10 mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% BY WT OF CEMENT CONSUMED. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness / seepage is noticed, noxxles shall be fixed and grouting carried out (WPC shall be measured and paid separately) (iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty. (iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean. (v) M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturers instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level +100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion complete all as specified and directed. (This item shall be measured and paid separately).

(vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @3% wt of cment consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout.(WPC shall be measured & paid separately ) Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test shall be done in presence of reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. Cost of testing is included in the rates quoted above. (vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint (Black paint shall be paid separetely)

M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacterors instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level +100 mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional antitermite treatment of soil under existing floor using emulsion @ 2.25 litre of emulsion per metre of the perimeter wall complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional antitermite treatment of soil along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using emulsion @ 2.25 liters per linear metre, 150mm part including drilling and plugging 6mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) for post constructional antitermite treatment of wood work using emulsion @ 0.5 liters per hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified.

Dismantling of PVC/ RCC water storage tank of capacity exceeding 500 litre but not exceeding 1000 litre, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified.

S&F rotational moulded water storage tank triple layer white colour (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position capacity 1000 ltrs with 25mm bore brass float valve complete all as specified and directed.
