SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROAD CSD TO CAR PARKING AND MT YARD AND POLO GROUND AT CERTAIN UNIT UNDER ZONE-III AREA AT JAIPUR MIL STN

Demolition Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, Laid dry or laid dry and pointed etc. (each layer) complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and not exceeding 50 mm deep etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam mixed laid with mechanical paver and 8 to 12 tonne power roller and compacted to required gradient and camber (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with paving bitumen 4% binder (viscosity grade VG-30) contents complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Work shall be executed as per designed mix (job mix formula) approved by GE. (ii) If the bitumen content as per design mix found to be less than 4%, it shall be recovered at the rate of Rs 50/- per Kg for short of bitumen. If bitumen content found to be more than 4% as per design mix same shall be provided without any extra cost to the Govt.

200 mm thick (spread thickness) soling (or sub base) (in two layers of 100mm spread thickness and each layers to be rolled and consolidated separately) with broken boulders or quarried stones interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WMM (in two layers of 75 mm compacted thickness & each layer to be rolled and consolidated separately) with coarse stone aggregate of sand stone, flint or quartzite of grading 2 (63 mm to 40 mm ) size spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing un-surfaced WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes and removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat of paving bitumen (VG 30) @ 10 Kg per ten Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, applying priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) viscosity grade @ 5 Kg per ten Sqm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with mechanical paver, mixed at hot mix plant transported to site in tippers, chipping mixed with 5.5% of paving binder (VG-10) viscosity grade, rolled to uniform smooth surface with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Work shall be executed as per job mix formula approved by Accepting Officer. (ii) Bitumen content as per design mix is found to be less than 5.5%, the short of bitumen shall be recovered at the rate of Rs 50/- per Kg and no adjustment shall be made if the bitumen content as per design mix found to be more than 5.5% same shall be provided without any extra cost to the Govt.

Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads pavements and the like n exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow with adequate No. of coats complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, 60mm thickness, M-35 grade of any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006, with grey cement and no pigment laid over and including providing 25mm thick sand cushion and joints of interlocking tiles filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical plate vibrator including providing 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate in base etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement solar cat eyes (studs) made of aluminium di-casted body, 100% waterproof, both side reflectors, designed according to IP 65 of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm with shank not less than 60mm length, high efficiency mono crystalline solar panel (2.5 V/0.3 watt), one Ni-Mh or Ni-cd rechargeable battery (1.2 V/1600 MA) having six super bright LEDs with 10000 to 18000 mcd (millicandela) view distance upto 1000 metre and flush road bearing capacity 10 MT, fixing in road by drilling a hole and with epoxy hardener etc as per manufacturer’s instructions at the location etc complete all as specified and directed. Make: Cat eyes of 3M or equivalent as in Gogia Plastic/DA Dark eye

Repair to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, but making good by applying tack coat at 5 Kg per 10 sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam complete all as specified and directed

Removal of excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point .etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cleaning and preparing the road surfaces for road marking with reflective thermoplastic white road marking paint conforming to BIS 3262, laid through road marking machine in a layer painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and the like exceeding 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow of CRYSTALEX, using 5 Kg material per square meter by incorporating the white glass beads for reflectivity in 100 mm width.etc complete all as specified & directed.
