Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three P.Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supply and Delivery and fixing of outside MS Ladder of 45cm clear wide made out of 50mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle for sides and steps in 16 mm MS plain rods fixed at 30cm C/C welded jointed etc ., providing with suitable side supports, clamps and locking arrangements provided with two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of red oxide paint , for providing access to roof top of OHT of suitable inclined length, including bottom anchorage and transportation and as directed by TWAD Board officers. The rate includes concrete bed block in CC 1:2:4 using 20mm HBGS at top and bottom of suitable size with necessary anchor bolts (SOR 19-20/ Pg 90/Item 19.0)

Supply, delivery and fixing of RCC 1:1.5:3 design mix using 20mm and 10 mm size hard granite broken stone (machine crushed) inside access ladder 0.60m wide made with steps at 45 cm interval from roof slab to floor slab level of the S.R including cost of reinforcement, fabrication, labour charges, centering charges colour washing with cement paint of approved colour and quality in two coats etc. complete

FENCING Arrangements

Earth work excavation in all clauses of soil such as hard stiff clay, hard gravelly soil as per SS 20 B for narrow foundation

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using using 20 mm HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for filling etc complete.

Provision for Cus stone pillar of size 0.15 x 0.15 x 2.10m

Supplying and fixing Chain Link Fencing of 2" x 2" x 10 gauge including all cost and onveyance and all labour charges

Barbed Wire - 10 Gauge - Two Ply and Four Pronged (Galvanised) including all cost and onveyance and all labour charges

Provision for Entrance Grill Gate
