REPAIR MAINT OF EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION, WATER SUPPLY NETWORK AND MISC ITEMS AT DAD COMPLEX KANJURMARG UNDER GE (NW) BHANDUP

Taking down carefully unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/ outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators, etc. for reuse at site or carrying to the store (To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse)

Material and Labour for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS ,with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, PVC concealed conduit with all fittings, accessories, PVC junction boxes etc. with and including concealed GI metal boxes 1.2 mm thick,(18 Guage) 50mm deep, with earth dolly, covered with modular white cover plate & frame of suitable module for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc and also including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to earth dolly for One light point/ exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch 6 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 3 above, but One 5 pin socket outlet plug point, 6 Amps, controlled by one, switch on same board complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 3 above, but One 5 pin socket outlet plug point, 6 Amps, controlled by one, switch on independent board complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 3 above, but One two way light point controlled by two nos. two way 6A switches complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 3 above, but One bell point controlled by one, one way switch 6 Amps complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 3 above, but One ceiling fan point & regulator controlled by one, one way switch 6 Amps complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item no 3 here-in before but using 2.5 Sqmm single core copper conductor FRLS cable of multistranded PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade for one 6 pin socket outlet plug point, 6 Amps independent including necessary running of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 3 here-in before but using 4.0 Sqmm single core copper conductor FRLS cable of multistranded PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade for 6/16 Amps power point including necessary running of 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.
