Railway reserves the right to place entire/bulk order on RDSO approved sources as per IREPS vendor directory under U-VAM Item ID :3100606. The approval status of the tender will be reckoned as on the date of opening of the E-tender and not thereafter, However, in case of downgrading/removal/suspension/banning after opening of E-tender, such changes shall be taken into account while considering the offers.

Dealers participating on behalf of OEM should upload valid tender specific authorization from OEM. Offers from sub dealers will not be considered

Have you submitted authenticated copy of the document authorizing the signatory to submit offer and commit on behalf of tenderers. Other conditions will be as per attached tender document.

Have you quoted Mode of dispatch on FOR destination basis for free delivery at destination with rate structure clearly indicating the basic rate, GST and freight etc, up to destination [consignees premises]

Have you quoted the discount if any in the specified column only in IREPS?

Have you furnished Bank account details such as Name of the Bank and address, account no., MICR, IFSC code and type of account to facilitate EFT payment?

Have you quoted delivery period correctly and precisely?
