M&L for non skid coloured ceremic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, as in floors over screed bed or bedding layer of morar 15 mm in cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface incl dismantlling floor herth or wall tiling incl removal of cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serveable tiles store & rubbish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic colour tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to matchincluding 10 mm thick rendering CM 1:4 incl dismantlling floor herth or wall tiling incl removal of cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serveable tiles store & rubbish complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Vitrified light shade ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectanglar) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm ,in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to matched laid over 15mm thick badding layer of CM 1:6 incl dismantlling floor herth or wall tiling incl removal of cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serveable tiles store & rubbish complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto All as per item No 04 but as in skirting /dado laid over 10 mm thick backing coat of CM 1:4 incl dismantlling of old tiles any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of bricks or concrete surface work in CM 1:6, finished the surfaces even & smooth with sagol finish including taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scubbing down with water, etc.complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing new plastered surface of walls, and applying two coat of Distemper oil emulsion over a coat of putty 3mm thick complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid beded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thicknes in floors , aprons etc

M & L for Machine cut cudappah stoneslab 18-20mm thick over cementscreed base, laid and mixedwith pigment to match the shade of the slab window cills and jambs to full thickness of wall fixed in steps over cement screed bed 10mm thick in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement paste and slurry including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. over screed bed or bedding layer of morar 15 mm in cement mortar 1:4set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match Colour is approved by GE.
