Excavation over areas n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock for foundation. all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out from Hard dense soil

M & L cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded aggregate)

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M & L of hard core of gauge exc 63 mm but n exc 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

Material & Labour for 100 mm thick PCC type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded aggregate), as in sub base of floor. all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L 50mm thick sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation.

M&L Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

S & F Mild steel works in roof trussed framed, trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (Beam, tee, angles, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. (Fe- 410-W (Gde E-250 quality A)

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and apply two coat of Anti corrossive paint over a coat of anti corrosive primer with complete removal of existing treatment all as specified and directed.

S & F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covring cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified .

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar, complete all as specified.

M & L pre cast cement concrete block masonry with solid block exc 10CM in width and setting in CM (1:6), type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Debris shall be removed outside MD land

Material & Labour for rendering in CM 1 : 4 (10+5)=15mm thickness on brick/cement/stone surfaces and finishes the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement including mixing with liquid WPC on top 5mm thick only Note :- Water proofing compound will be paid separately

Material & Labour two coats of acrylic emulsion extenior paint (anti fungal painting-APEX or Equivalent) over a coat of acrylic amulsion primer including preparation of new concrete surface of any description all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound of approved make (ISI marked) for addition in cement mortar/concrete

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering brick/stone/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finishes the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering brick/stone/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finishes the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation of new plastered surfaes.

Material and labour for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width and girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of any tint over a coat of priming paint plaster coat complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for providing two coats of oil-bound distemper over a coat of alkali-resistand primer on new plastered surfaces including necessary preparation to surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Material & Labour for providing one coats of oil-bound distemper over a coat of alkali-resistand primer on old plastered surfaces including necessary preparation to surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Material & Labour PCC type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm gradee aggregate) for coping all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated rock/soil exc 50m but not exc 250m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point.
