SUPPLY of VRF R410a aircooled outdoor unit as per specification Supply of VRF outdoor units, with scroll compressors with all inverter, special pre-coated fins, panel, corrosion resistant (suitable for seaside installation) coated condenser, inverter based condenser fan M.S. hot dip galvanized stands / supports, electrical & microprocessor panel, isolating valves and all the necessary accessories for proper functioning of the units, having following capacities. VRF copper piping & low side works executed by low side vendor will be inspected by OEM representative as and when work progresses on the site, Minimum COP - 4.35 at 39 Deg C Outside Temp Conditions: Fire Protection Technology in Indoor as well as Outdoor in order to arrest any fire eruption. Anti-Corrosive coating is mandatory for Indoor as well as Outdoor. Operating Temp range for ODU – 52 Deg C in order to have very less Deration in case of higher Ambient Temp. Compressor must necessarily be equipped with accumulator for safety during normal operations

[This Five year AMC period will start after the completion of OEM provided Warranty period / defect liability period of 1 Year.]
