Lead acid battery maintenance free 12 volts 180AH in and including taking down of old unservicable battery , complete all as specified and as ditected by Engineer-in -Charge. Make EXIDE/Amron/or equivalent

Servicing and repair of battery charging dynamo after dismantling of unserviceable old dynamo from DG set of 12 Volts rating including replacement of bushes, bearings, Carbon brushes, rectifires, rewinding of field magnet coil / rotor armeture coils and any other minor parts required and fixing the same on engine including testing /commissioning for DG set having any capacity , complete all as specified and as ditected by Engineer-in -Charge.

All as per item no 03 above but of 24 Volts rating.

Servicing and repair of self starter of DG set of 12 Volts rating after dismantling of unserviceable old self strater including replacment of carbon brushes, brush holder, bearings, solenoid coil, replacement of burnt aremeture, rewinding of field coils, replacement of pinion gears etc including testing /commissioning for DG set having any capacity , complete all as specified and as ditected by Engineer-in -Charge.

All as per item no 05 above but of 24 Volts rating.

Battery leads set appx 1.25 Mtr long, PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 70 sqmm single core, duly fixed brass clamps, copper lugs for connections from DG battery to self starter on DG Sets of any capacity as in replacment , complete all as specified and as ditected by Engineer-in -Charge.

Fuel connection heavy duty rubber hose pipe nylone type having internal dia min 15mm, overall dia 20mm includining necessary clamps and end nipple/socket connections etc as in replacment , complete all as specified and as ditected by Engineer-in -Charge.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of the DG Set including radiator, fuel tank etc complete degreasing and spray painting the same with two coats of approved fire proof metal paint including writing SM/MES nos on DG set of capacity 200 to 320 KVA as in replacment , complete all as specified and as ditected by Engineer-in -Charge.

All as per item no 09 above but of capacity 125 to 160 KVA.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI strip 32x6mm at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I and testing ,including dismanteling of old unserviceable earthing , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (i) The unit rate includes earth lead and protection pipe up to maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate to earth point/test point. (ii) Earth pit shall be constructed minimum 1.00 metre away from earth.

Maintenance free chemical earthing system complete with copper bonded earth rod 17mm dia 3 mtrs long electrode buried in ground to bore holes 150mm dia. Vertically to a depth not less than 0.50 mtr below normal ground level including Provision to connect the earth continuity conductor with copper bonded earth rod as per manufacturer design or all as directed including 60 Kg NABLLAB certified back fill chemical compound for filling bore holes with min 6 Kg of Hygroscopic Gel. The ground enhancement chemical may be used in place of back fill compound as required and manufacturer recommendation to obtain 1.0 ohms earth resistance value. A layer of 250-300mm soil (vegetable/cotton soil) is also required outside earth bore including necessary ingredients and water during process to obtain desired valve. The earthing strip of size copper 25x3 mm up to length of 7.5 mtr up to test point from copper rod is also included. The scope include Iron frame of size 20 x 20 mm fixed with hinged with Pit cover of 300mmX300mm made of Cast Iron as per company standard shall be as recommended by manufacturer ,including dismanteling of old unserviceable earthing ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make- JMV, Pargati electrocom, Marconite Note : (i) Payment shall be made only after satisfactory testing to the entire satisfaction of GE. The contractor has to make alternate earthing in case test result not found satisfactory without extra cost to the Govt. quoted rates shall be deemed to included this provision. (ii) Contractor shall submit 1 year guarntee for earth resistance below 1 ohms and earth neutral voltage less than 2 volts.

Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw in and including of dismanteling of old unservicable test point bock , complete all as specified and as ditected by Engineer-in -Charge.

Galvanized Iron strip 32 X 6 mm fixed on wall or passed through ducts / pipes from test point to equipment in and including taking down of old unservicable strip, complete all as specified and as ditected by Engineer-in -Charge.

GI pipe 40mm medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls or laid in floors for passing GI strip 32x6 mm through along with clamps nuts, bolts and other necessary items for fixing the pipe in and including taking down of old unservicable strip, complete all as specified and as ditected by Engineer-in -Charge.

Labour only for dismantling of all electrical connection, fuel pipe line connections, fuel tank and shifting DG Set for re-locating of DG Set of capacity 125 KVA to 225 KVA within the Air Force Stn Leh , re-installation of DG sets by connecting all necessary electric connection, fuel pipe line connections, , complete all as specified and as ditected by Engineer-in -Charge. Note : 1. Quoted rate deems to inclusive of all T&P required for sifting of DG set 2. Quoted rates are inclusive of all necessary repairs of civil works for the damaged portion of wall/foundation etc required to complete the job.

LT panel board cubical, outdoor type CPRI approved, factory made, floor mounted double door, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 cycles, 415 Volts. The panel board shall be made of 3.15 mm CRCA Sheet and Base frame of the panel shall be made of ICMC channel of size 65 x 6mm, duly grouted on platform made of PCC work , having minimum height of 450mm from ground level. The panel shall be provided with separate compartments for each switch gears with hinged door including interlocking with switch gears. The panel board shall be suitable for AC, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire supply complete with epoxy insulated 400 Amps rated high conductivity aluminium bus bars, supported with DMC / SMC barriers and coluor coded, prewired with copper cable, the degree of protection is IP-43. ,in and including taking down of old unserviceable LT panel , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. The panel shall compromise of the following fittings and fixture:

Incoming :- (a) MCCB 320 amps, 4 pole with breaking capacity 36 KA - 02 Nos (b) Digital energy meter 3 Phase 440 Volts, with Suitable CT Coils- 01 Outgoing :- (a) MCCB 200 amps, 4 pole with breaking capacity 25 KA - 03 Nos (b) MCCB 160 amps, 4 pole with breaking capacity 16 KA - 03 Nos (c) Indicator lamp RYB :01 Set Make of Accessories- L&T, Havells, Legrand, ABB. Notes : (i) Drawings for LT Panel shall be got approved from Engineer-in-Charge before placing the order .This aspect shall be inclusive in the quoted Rate. (ii) Quoted Rates are inclusive of taking down the existing all cables, dressing the cable properly with lugs, nuts, bolts washer etc. & refixing the same including excavation and earth work, returning filling and removal of surplus soils .

Flood Light fitting LED 100 W made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass, high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP 66 protection, system efficacy > 100 LPW with all assessories/ electric connections in and including taking down old unservicableLED flood light fitting ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Street Light fitting LED 60 W made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass, high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP 66 protection, system efficacy > 100 LPW with all assessories/ electric connections in and including taking down old unservicable LED street light fitting ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make Crompton Greaves cat part no LST-60-CDL-M / Wipro/ Philips or any other equivalent approved make as specified in list of Makes given in CA.

Pole/wall mounting bracket made out of 40mm dia GI pipe medium grade tubing 1.2 mtr long bent to (60 degree) required shape including 02 Nos of MS clamp of size 450x50x5mm flat duly fitted with Mild steel nuts, bolts and washers and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide Zn chrome primer and fixed to pole / walls etc fixed as in replacment , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Exhaust pipes (upto the length 10 mtrs and above roof height of Power house) of DG Sets installed inside power houses made of MS pipe (flanged) of following sizes along with gaskets, bends and other jointing arrangements such as bolts and welding to achieve leakproof joints duly painted with aluminium paint (two coats), insulated with asbetos rope wrapped over the exhaust pipe without any gapin and including taking down old unservicable exhaust pipe ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. :

Sign board made of metal frame of size 1m x 0.6m and metal sheet of minimum thickness 3 mm duly painted and name of installation written on the sign board in and including of dismanteling of old unservicable sign board , complete all as specified and as ditected by Engineer-in -Charge. Note: (i) The stand made of angle iron for fixing of sign board and the PCC work for fixing the stand in the ground are deemed to be inclusive of the item. (ii) Cost of painting of sign board, angle iron as directed by Engr-in-charge is deemed to be inclusive in the item.

Notice board of size 1m x 0.6m x 0.2m made of soft board wood and 12 mm thick cotton cloth over the wood, duly fixed on the wall with necessary arrangement complete in and including of dismanteling of old unservicable notice board , complete all as specified and as ditected by Engineer-in -Charge.

Stand made out of angle iron and flat iron of size required as per site for fixing of Change overs in and including PCC work for fixing of stand ,necessary excavation in ground and other items required such as nut, washer and bolts as required on site as in relacment , complete all as specified and as ditected by Engineer-in -Charge.

Printing of line diagrams on flex fixed in metal frame of size 1.5m x 1m , complete all as specified and as ditected by Engineer-in -Charge. Note: The line diagram to be printed on the flex shall be obtained from Engr-in-charge.
