Sub Grade

Dismantling of flexible pavement (bituminous courses) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material upto a lead of 1 kilometer, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Loading of dismantled seviceable material by mechanical means, unloading, laying , spreading, dressing, watering and compacting with 8–10 tonne vibratory roller to the required lines, levels and camber, complete in all respect in berms

Earth work in bulk excavation by mechanical means over areas(hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres: All kinds of soil :

Loading of dismantled seviceable material by mechanical means, unloading, laying on prepared subgrade, spreading, dressing, watering and compacting with 8–10 tonne vibratory roller to the required lines, levels and camber, complete in all respect

Carriage by Mechanical Transport avg lead 6km vide qty 1 upto identified dumping site. Unservicesable material

Consolidation of subgrade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity including making good the undulations etc. with earth or quarry spoils etc. and rerolling the subgrade.

Providing and laying approved non-woven needle-punched polypropylene/polyester geotextile of minimum 250 GSM as a separation and filtration layer over the prepared subgrade, including dressing the surface, removing loose material and sharp projections, laying the geotextile true to line and level without wrinkles or folds, providing a minimum 300 mm overlap at longitudinal and transverse joints or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, fixing with steel U-pins wherever required to prevent displacement during placement of GSB, including cutting, wastage, loading, unloading, carriage of all materials, labour, tools and plants, complete in all respects as per the specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & laying of bi-axial extruded high modulus polypropylene Geogrid conforming to MORTH SPECIFICATION for base/sub-base reinforcement having minimum tensile strength 20kN/m in the longitudinal and transverse direction, with 7kN/m and 14kN/m tensile strength at 2% and 5% strain respectively in the longitudinal and transverse direction, junction efficiency not less than 95% and with 38mm X 38mm mesh opening.

Supply and filling of GSB of specified and required size as directed including dressing, ramming watering and compacting with power roller of 8-10 tonne to required gradient and camber with carriage of all material involved loading, unloading and stacking complete.
