Daily Maintenance Monitoring and observing for any abnormality in switchyard relays, Transducers and Meters, Protection Relay panels of unit I & II in 400kV and 230kV, Bus bar panels of Unit-I & II in 400kV & 230kV and 3.3kV 0CA Switchgear Panels, LTMSB Relays of CWPH & ACW Pump house of Unit-I & II, UPS battery in switchyard, PLC Panels of Debris & COLTCS Panels of Unit -I & II as instructed by maintenance engineer in charge

Weekly Maintenance Cleaning of switchyard control panels in 230kV & 400kV, PGCIL panel, Auxiliary panel, Metering panel, Bus bar protection panels(400kV & 230kV), cleaning of 3.3kV 0CA Switchgear Panels and UPS battery of Switchyard and Cleaning of motor operated valves in ACWPH(U-I), CWPH (U-I), Cleaning the PLC Panels of Debris & COLTCS of Unit -I & II. Weekly Maintenance covering of 70 panels which requires 4shift =One operation

Monthly Maintenance Tightness checking of control circuit wiring in the following areas 3.3kV 0CA, Motorized Actuators of ACWPH(U-I), CWPH (U-I), Debris & COLTCS PLC Panels, Field equipment related to all systems are continuously in service & the area is also dust bronze, so it is very essential to do periodic maintenance. Monthly Maintenance covering of 70 panels in 1 Month requires 2 Shifts= 1 Operation. * As per CE/NCTPS-II instructions, Qty. in panels is converted into Operations.

Breakdown Maintenance Trouble shooting and replacement of Cards in Actuators & Relays, Panel meters, auxiliary panels for the below mentioned areas as instructed by maintenance engineer in charge. Areas : 230kV & 400kV Switchyard, UPS in switchyard, 3.3kV OCA, Switchgears & Actuators in ACWPH(U-I), CWPH (U-I), DEBRIS & COLTCS PLC Panels.

MRT LAB Charges for handling of vital testing Kit and transport the testing kit with other accessories to various locations of the power plant. Assist in testing & Troubleshooting of Relays, C.T's, P.T's, Transducers, L.T & H.T Motor's, OLR's and Electronic Cards of Epac of Motorized Actuators. In addition to assisting in connection of the special testing equipments like High Voltage Test kit, Tan δ test Kit, Thermal Imaging Camera etc.,
