Earth work in excavation by Mechanical Means (Hydraulic Excavator) / Manual means over areas ( exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sq.m. on plan) and for drains, trenches etc. (exceeding 30 cm in depth) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 1000 mtr and lift up to 1.5 mtr, as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. All kinds of soil / back filled stone material for drains etc. as per site conditions

Laying, Spreading,Filling and Compacting stones, aggregates including carraige of material available in plant area with in 2KM from construction site of specified sizes of 230 mm to 10 mm and filling the voids with ash from ash ponds in thickness as per site conditions to prepare uniform surface with required slope, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening /binding material to fill up interstices of stones, watering and compacting to require density. Important Note for item number 2: a) Compacted thickness after filling the voids with ash and rolling with rollers shall be measured for payment after recording the initial levels and final levels before starting PCC. b) Stone shall be lifted from the stone yards (available in plant area including necessary excavation of heaps) of size not morethan 230 mm and ash shall be lifted from Ash ponds. c) Only hard stones shall be used at site under this item number 2 and ash shall be used for filling of voids between stones only. d) Over sized stones and soft stones shall not be used and shall be removed by engaging manpower at stone yards &construction site. e) Good earth, if required for voids filling, shall be arranged by the contractor from outside areas and rate shall be inclusive of the same.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement :4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 / 40mm nominal size)

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve / tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints ( 10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). Cement Concrete prepared with batch mixing machine

Providing and laying in position bitumen hot sealing compound for expansion joints etc.Using grade 'A'sealing compound.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level .Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Steel work in built up tubular section (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) for hand railing etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a coat approved steel primer and two coats of approved Aluminium paint, including welding and bolted etc. complete: Hot finished seamless type tubes (circular, square or rectangular)

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all CPVC plain and brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, road & boundary wall crossing,dismantling of concrete floor (any if required) refilling & testing of joints complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge including interconnection with existing G.I. pipes & valves. Union shall be provided at every 30 metre length of pipe 75 mm nominal inner dia pipes for external work

Providing & fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) 80 mm nominal bore
