Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 11KV compact secondary substation suitable for Outdoor installation with natural cooling, having type tested equipments comprising of dry-type (CRT) distribution transformer and SF-6 insulated compact switchgear enclosed in robotically sealed stainless steel tank, low-voltage switchboard, interconnection between HT switchgear and transformer using cables and transformer to LT-switchgear using aluminium busbars, factory built ready for connection type, internal GI earthing provided complete with other associated equipments etc. complete as required conforming to IEC 62271-202 and relevant IS specifications, as regards to design, manufacturing, type-testing, routine-testing and operator safety (IAC AB). The enclosure shall have modular construction using G.I. Sheet and shall be powder-coated from exterior. The Transformer compartment will have IP-23 ingress protection, whereas the HT/LT compartment will have IP-54 protection.The Compact Substation shall have lockable anti-theft door-access to each compartment, comprising of :-

(A) HT SWITCHGEAR shall comprise of 01 No. Fixed-Type Compact VCB with incoming and outgoing cable-connection arrangement, feeding to transformer in CSS. VCB will be enclosed in tank made of robotically welded non-magnetic/non-ferritic Stainless Steel sheets, and filled with SF6 gas acting as insulating medium to suitable pressure and leakage rate less than 0.1% per-annum, whereas it shall be Arc-Proof design with Internal Arc criteria of 20kA/1-sec as per IEC 622271-200. The HT Panel shall comprise of following:- (i) Motorized spring-charging drive with integrated spring-charging handle and mechanically latched ON/OFF push-buttons.-01 Set (ii) Tripping Coil, Closing Coil (24VDC)-01 No (iii) Numerical Protection Relay of same make, providing Over-Current (min. pickup 10%), Earth-Fault (min. pickup 5%), Three Phase Inrush Detection, CB Control, TCS, 3P+N Current Measurement, Non-Volatile memory for 100-event log, five-fault-record with time-stamp, Local HMI and user-programmable DI/DO.-01 No

(iv) Associated ring-core cast-resin insulated CTs 50/1 Amp , 2.5 VA, 10P10 for protection -Each Set of 3 (v) Series disconnector-cum-earthing switch of making capacity-01 Each (vi) Front terminated cable-bushings inside arc-proof cable-boxes with associated Capacitive Voltage LED Indicators connected to cable bushings-01 Set (vii) Mechanical/semaphore indications for Breaker on, off, spring-charged, disconnected and earth. LED Indications for Breaker On, Off, Trip-01 Each (viii) 04-Window Annunciator for indicating OC Trip, EF Trip, WTI Alarm/Trip. Buzzer for Door Open.-01 Each (ix) 2x12VDC Battery+Charger Scheme with 20AH batteries, 230VAC input from local distribution transformer and regulated 24VDC output-01 Set (x) The HT Panel shall be accompanied with stand-alone Metering Cubicle with suitable cable-in/cable-out provision including HT trivector meter , Class 0.5 accuracy -01 No, metering CT 25/5 A,Class 0.5, 5VA-Set of 3 and Potential transformer 1 Ph 11kV/rt3:110V/rt3, 25VA for metering -Each Set of 3

(B) 01 No 250KVA 11KV/433V Dyn11 Dry Type Distribution transformer having cast-resin design, Class 'H' insulation, Bushings for HT & LT with Off load tap switch of rating +5% to -5% @2.5% and WTI scanner. Temp Rise - 115deg C, NL/FL Losses as per ECBC norms (limiting), Impedanace 4.5% (Make:- ABB/Raychem/CG/GE). Associated WTI to be included and suitably wired up. (C) LV Panel shall be a totally enclosed panel with 800 Amps aluminium busbars, suitable switchgear configuration and indication scheme as described below:- Incomer :- (i) ACB 4 pole, 630 Amp, 50 KA, 415 Volt AC Horizontal draw out type motorized, front operated with Micro processor based LCD protection release for adjustable over current, short circuit and earth fault protection (ii) Electronic Trivector Meter , 3 phase , 4 wire,240 Volt , (L-N) 5 Amps, class 0.5 with RS 485 Port including CT 400/5 Amps -03 Nos (iii) R/Y/B/ON/OFF/TRIP LED indications -01 Set (iv) CTs of ratio 400/5 A ,class 1, ISI marked - Each Set of three

Outgoing:- (i) MCCB 4 pole , 250 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 35 KA with microprocessor release - 01 No, (ii) MCCB 4 pole , 200 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 35 KA with microprocessor release - 02 Nos (D) Common Outdoor enclosure for HT/LT/Transformer with partition sheets and access doors, designed and tested as per IEC 62271-202 for operator and padestrian safety (IAC-AB 20kA/1-sec). Suitable terminals shall be given for body and neutral earthing, whereas cable entry shall be from bottom via trenches made in RCC plinth as per manufacturer's recommendation. Note :- Cost of construction of RCC/PCC plinth/foundation including construction material, necessary earth work and excavaton as per manufacturer design for 11 KV compact Sub Station complete all as required at site are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Vacuum Interrupter,RMU ,LT panel and CSS shall be of same make to ensure better integration and life cycle optimization.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified.

S&F sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm.

Material & labour for Boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by mannual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 100 mm bore and making good both ends all specified and directed

S&F 100 mm bore GI Pipe light grade with necessary accessories/ fittings for cable protections complete all as directed at site.

M&L Hard surface cutting as in road, pavement, etc. for laying of cables, pipes etc of any size up to a approximate width 45 cm and depth 60 cm and making good to surfaces with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 complete after laying of cable, pipe etc as required and as specified and directed

M&L Brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished fair and even without using extra cement complete as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm gradded aggregate) for foundation, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) and Angle iron, bracing, supports,clamps, and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drills holes for bolts and fixing on HT 4 pole structure in any shape or size including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work complete all as directed at site.

S&F 3.15mm dia MS wire 75x75mm mesh , made up into mattress or cages appx 2.00 mtr height and fixed with flate iron /angle by welding in position complete all as specified directed . Note : - MS Flate and angle iron shall be measured and paid separately under item No 14 here-in -before.

M & L for 2 coat of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide to steel surfaces including preparation of newly surface complete all as specified.

M&L XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 120 sqmm.

Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement 6mm dia both ways as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe medium grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI lead wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

Supply and fix air break switch gang operated tripple pole mechanically operated mechanism, switch air break gang operated mounted on 15 Nos insulator and steel frame with operating rod of 25 mm bore GI Pipe and locking arrangements worked from ground level for current rating 200 Amps, HT 11 KV grade including drop out fuses and necessary silver coper coating jumpers and making all electrical connections complete.

S&F pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers,nut size 150 mm height 150mm dia, 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for aluminium Conductor steel reinforced complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Lightening arrestors expulsion type with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo Amps suitable for 11000 volts complete as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of150 mm dia suitable for 0.6 mpa working pressure

M&L for Bore earthig 150 mm dia bore buried by vertical boring machine, having minimum depth 18 mtr below ground level using earth electrode 100mm dia GI pipe medium grade including lowering in bore well upto the full depth . The pipe electrode should be filled around commericial salt charcoal dust, copper suphate and magnesium phosphate of 30 cm layer each upto the full length of pipe. GI Strip of size 50mmx6mm shall be welded to the earth electrode (100 mm dia GI pipe) and PCC foundation surrounding the borewell 30cmx30cmx30cm including provision of test point all as directed by Engr-in-charge . Note :- GI strip more than 25mtr will be measured and paid separately under resepctive items of schedule.

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge
