Excavation over area exc 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil.

Excavation over areas exc. 1.5m deep and n.exc 3.0m deep getting out in hard dense soil.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out for taking out or laying of pipes of any size in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter curved for rough finish surface of concrete complete etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels/benching of manhole, drain, laid to shape and slope and surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement, complete etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cement concrete (design mix) M-30 for Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses.

Use and waste for Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc.; vertical or to batter curved for rough finish surface of concrete.

Material and labour cement concrete (design mix) M-30 for Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span.

Use and waste for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc for curved surface of fair finish surface of concrete.

Material and labour cement concrete (design mix) M-30 for Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like.

Use and waste for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick for fair finish surface of concrete.

Use and waste for Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide for fair finish surface of concrete.

Note : Starter shall be fixed in the LT panel and rate of the same included in the quoted rate and any fittings required to taken suction/delivery line are also deemed to be included in the Quoted rate.

Material and labour Earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x6 mm hick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to main earth lead GI strip 32x6 mm and connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES Schedule Part I 1991, GI earth lead protected by GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade, providing and connected to earth test point with & including necessary excavation & earth works in any type of soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil to 50 metre, filing with mixture of charcoal and common salt upto 15 cm above top edge of earth plate, pit of PCC 1:2:4 with precast cover of RCC 1:2:4, watering arrangement with GI funnel, 20 mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, earth test point, commissioning & testing complete.
