M&L for preparing old surfaces of plastered or unplastered surfaces including washing rubbing down and scrapping smoke soot moulds, moss and greasing sports with steel wire brush and applying one coat of cement base paint on wall complete all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparing old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete solid block made of cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in masonry, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 is to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall / pillasters / vertical surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section incl taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry etc and making good disturbed ground complete.

S&F of mild steel work in angle iron or other stock section or core for wooden hand - rail straight portioon, drilled and countersunk for balusters, nosing of steps, including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for foof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe – 290 Gde E -165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, post hole, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified.

S&F in Repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)
