Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.50 mtr in depth for taking out /laying of CI/GI Pipe Lines etc., forming botttom surfaces of trenches to requiredlevel and gradient and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 25 Cm in Soft/Loose Soil, including providing heaps along the trenches with surplus soil ,complete all as specified and as directed .

Removing Surplus Soil to a distance not exc 50.00 Metre away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 Metre above the Starting Point, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work such as in gate, rollers, cleats, base plates , plain or chequered and rail etc, with and similar work conforming to Fe 290. Gde -E-165 for framed and hung as gates including hold fast pintle hinges stops hand made sliding bolts and ornamental and intricate design, etc .complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone 20-25 mm thick as in single piece as flooring , treads over & including 25 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone including rubbing/grinding and polishing & two nos groove cutting line complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone 20-25 mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado etc laid over and including 20 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone including rubbing/grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment, set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paverblock of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.
