Excavation in foundations , trenches etc., in earth work , lift up to 1.50 metres. Stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. (fifteen centimetres) layers , when required in to plinth and sides of foundations etc., conslolidating each of the disposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing off all excavated soil as directed with in the load of 20 mtrs. Pick and Jumper work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work in foundation and plinth with in all leads & lifts as per entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1:2 (1cement :1Sand: 2 graded stone aggregate 20 mm N/S) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for Rainforced concrete work in Walls (Any thickness) attached pillasters, pillasters, buttresses, beam girder and contilevers upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.
Foundation and Plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.
Walls (Any thickness) attached pillasters, pillasters, buttresses, beam girder and contilevers upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.
Providing from work steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooded battens & ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceilling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.
Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttress, plinth and string couress and the like.
Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs landing and the like: Floors etc up to 200 mm in thickness .
Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcment for reinforcement concrete work in Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
Placing mild steel/tor steel for RCC work including bending and binding placing in position complete upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
Providing and laying (porus) No fine cincrete 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded stone agg. 40mm) and above and curing complete with weep holes or porus etc. with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer Incharge.
Providing and fixing MS Sheet Man hole cover with locking arrangement including lock, nuts & bolts & other fittings complete with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer Incharge.
Providing and placing horizontal layers filtering media duly graded screened washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer Incharge with in all leads and lifts.

C/O Dry rubble masnory in breast wall and retaining walls revetment walls and parapets etc. with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - charge.
Providing and Fixing (M.S. Sheet & Angle Iron) 600x600 mm size man hole cover with frame and controling chaber for wheel valve complete in all respects including locking arrangements etc. (not less than 23 Kg) within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
10mm cement plastering in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete wall for internal plastering upto floor two level i/c arrises internal angles, chamfers and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 Sand ) with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.
Providing and Fixing (M.S. Sheet & Angle Iron) 600x600 mm size man hole cover with frame and controling chaber for wheel valve complete in all respects including locking arrangements etc. (not less than 58 Kg) within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Laying and jointing GMS pipes (Light class) of various dia meret for inlet, outlet and scour pipe including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (80mm dia).
Providing nad fixing C.I. sluice valve with hand wheel as per IS 780 class 1.00 300mm dia including brass spindal and as per IS 2906 class-II diameter more than 300 mm complete with bolt nuts rubber insertion etc (the tail piece if required shall be measured and paid seperately) (80 mm dia)
Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint etc. with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.
Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 1cement:2 sand 4 graded stone aggregates 20mm nominal size curing complete excluding cost of form work & reinforcement for RCC work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.
Steel work in single sections including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in R.S. Joists,channels, angles, tees etc. with in all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer Incharge
S/F Galvanised steel bar bed wire ( IS 278-1962 Type-I 0 weighting 9.38 Kg/100 mtr.(minimum ) staining and fixing to any type of standred rails, straining bolts including securing with and provision of galvanised mild steel pins etc. as directed ( posts & stuts of wood , concrete, steel etc. and straining bolt shall be paid for seperately)
Providing and fixing pressed steel door, frames, manufactured from comercial mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness including hinges jump block Jamb, beed, and if required angle threshold of mil steel angle of section 50x25mm or base ties of 1.25mm pressed mild steel welded or regidly fixed together by machanical means adjustable lugs with split and tails to each Jamb i/c steel but things 2.5mm thick with guards lock strike plate and shock as specified and applying a coat of applying steel primer after pretreatment of the surfaces directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Laying , jointing and testing in trenches Galvanised Mild Steel tube of the following dia metres including smooth bending by necessary bends, or through pipe bending machine with necessary all pipe fittings such as Tees, Elbows, Union & Reducers etc. of ISI marked & testing for leakage complete with in all leads & lifts as per entire satisfication of Engineer - in - charge. (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately)
