INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Material & labour for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm, PVC insulated but unsheathed, stranded copper conductor single core FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit medium grade 20mm dia (minimum) or higher size as specified and cutting chasing on wall complete with all PVC conduit accessories such as socket, elbow, junction box, bell mouth, reducer, bend and flexible conduit etc/ fittings ISI marked for modular fittings and brass screws and cup washers including 1.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor PVC insulated FRLS cable green in colour as continuous earth conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly with all accessories complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of Metal boxes and modular accessories like cover plates will be paid seprately in respect items (a) Fan point/ exhaust fan point /one light point/bell/buzzer controlled by one switch/bell push.

(b) One socket outlet 5 pin 5 Amp controlled by one, one way switch on same board.

(c) One socket outet point 5 amps on the independent board.

Material & labour for wiring with 1100 volt grade one single core FRLS Wire PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm (FOR INVERTER) drawn into PVC conduit with all accessories fixed concealed complete all as specified and directed. Note: One run of 1.5 sqmm PVC FRLS multi stranded copper cable wire with seperate colour coding for inverter should be used, no extra cost will be paid in this account.

Supply and fix LED tube light fitting for all purpose surface and wall mounted with single side connection polycarbonate LED batten with 125 Lum/watt system efficancy polycarbonate housing and integrated electronic driver of capacity 20 W, four feet and connection with PVC insulalted twin core 23/0.0076 twisted copper cable from ceiling rose to tube light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix bldg street fitting made up of pressure dai cast aluminum housing with high efficiency LEDs as a lighting source and lens embedded PC Cover Having TOP oppening seperate driver compartment with IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK07, CCT 5700 K, of wattage 25 Watt including connection with 3 core PVC insulated overall sheathed flexible cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size not less than 1.0 sq mm from celing rose to fitting terminal all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix GI pipe bracket made of GI pipe light grade 32mm dia and bend to shape 1.5 mtr long MS clamp made out of MS flat iron 2 Nos of size 32mm x 4mm with nut and bolts washer fixed to walls/ poles complete including drilling of holes for nut and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix energy saving new generation 10 watt LED built up, 6000k bulk head luminaire with opal diffuser light fitting complete with all acessories and connection complete.

Supply and fixing Decorative LED wall light fittings, including 9/10 Watt, 220 W LED Lamp B22 base complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Kitchan Chimney Dry Heat Auto Clean Technology Stainless with Air outlet 150 mm, Steel Finish Front Matte Black Glass panel with Digtal Display Touch Control Panel with 3 Speed Gesture motion, Heavy Duty Baffle Filters, minimium Air flow 1180 M3/h Energy Saving LED Light of suitable wattage, Copper winding BLDC Motor, 62dba max noise level and voltage 220-240 V/50 Hz including making hole in the wall and making good the distubed surface of wall including all accessories all as specified and directed. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 3-Φ, 4 Wire, AC Static Direct connected, Smart Pre-paid Energy Meters, ISI marked of different makes as per BIS-16444, with communication technology including GPRS/RF/Hybrid (RF Mesh Network+GPRS)/any other advanced technology as per CEA/TRAI regulations) with current range 10-60 Amp, 415 V, accuracy class 1.0 UC1 category and above along with in-built load control switch, containing provision for TOD & RTC, capable to define multiple tariff slabs complete all as specified and directed. Meter should support the following data:- (i) 15 min instantaneous data for voltage, current, power factor, power, cumulative energy and frequency, daily and monthly billing survey for Cumulative Energy and Max Demand (ii) Meter should have connect / disconnect functionality operable for MDM/billing software and prepaid features would be operable for MDM / Billing end as per IS: 15959 Part-2. Supply & fixing of Transparent polycarbonate Meter Box of suitable size with IP-54 for 3-Φ, 4 wire, Smart Energy meter mentioned here-in-above at Sch. Item No. 53. The Polycarbonate meter box shall comply with IS-14772:2000 and IS-11000:1984. It shall be totally shock proof, safe weater proof, rust roof, dust proof, water proof, halogen free, silica free and having internally embeded gasket technology, transparent hinged lid and sealing provision including bakelite connector, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Anchor by Panasonic/L&T/ HPL/Secure.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Supply & fixing 15mm CP brass health faucet (hand shower), inlet length 100mm fixed to angle valve with and including decorative choice flexible pipe, wall hanger etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 15mm bore fancy type central hole single lever basin mixer with 450 mm swivel spout Connecting Legs & wall Flanges & including all necessary fittings all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for two way bib cock with single handle and wall flange 15mm dia, fancy type chromimum plated including all necessary fittings all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 15 mm bore Sink Mixer with Swinging Spout (Wall Mounted) with 150mm long braided connection pipes & including all necessary fittings all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 15mm dia Wall Mounted Bib Cock, Chromium plated, with wall fang and aerator including all necessary fittings all as specified and as directed

CHAIN LINK FENCING & STEEL GATE WORKS

Supply only 3.15mm dia PVC coated galvanised wire chain link fencing, size of mesh 75x75mm complete all as specified directed.

ROAD AND PATH WORKS

Supply and fix Road safety convex Polycarbonate reflective mirrors of size 100 cms body made of ABS/Fibre/Plastic with hood and mounting hardware with 100mm GI Pipe 1.50m long embedded in PCC bed block of size 300x300x400mm in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Material & labour For Taping from existing DI 150 mm to DI 100 mm including cutting , jointing and inserting tee and all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay of centrifugally cast (Spun) ductile iron pressure pipe with Spigot & Socket end,100 mm dia class K-7 conforming to IS : 8329/2000 including for rubber gasket jointing with centrifugally applied inside cement mortar lining with portland slag cement and external metallic zinc coating with finishing layer of Bitumen coating on external surface including Ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber gasket conforming IS :5382 of bulb type -2 as per IS 5382 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for valve pits and constructing of brick masonary pits of internal dimensions 900mmx900mmx900mm(bottom PCC floor of the pit should be minimum 30 cms below the bottom surface of sluice valve flange to provide sufficient working space), bottom floor of the pit be constructed in PCC (1:3:6) 50 cms thick with 20 mm stone aggregate , inner and exposed surfaces and bottom floor of the pit should be plastered in CM (1:4) 15 MM thick. The sluice valve and other fittings should be housed in center of the pit. The vertices of the pit should in right angle and champhered. The top cover of the pit will be made out of MS sheet min 2 mm thick with angle iron frame made out of MS angle 50 mm x50 mm x 6mm with galvanized steel hindges two nos and locking arrangements duly painted with two coats of water resistant synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply,laying & fixing of double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made of high density polythyline (HDPE) with all accessories i.e. all type of joints, Sockets, Elbows, bends and End caps etc. of size 63mm outer dia and 50 mm inner dia. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,laying & fixing of double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made of high density polythyline (HDPE) with all accessories i.e. all type of joints, Sockets, Elbows, bends and End caps etc. of size 80 mm outer dia and 63 mm inner dia.complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for drilling hole under the road, pavment, hardstanding by Mechanically or mannually by boringg with bockee for making suitable size of holes for passing LT cable of any size with provn of DWC HDPE pipe of suitable sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street Light Fitting 45 Watt,230V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with driver ,lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 Protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of three core PVC insulated cable with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm complete all as specified

Supply & installation hot dip galvanised octagonal poles 7 mt long ,top dia 70 mm ,bottom dia 130 mm having sheet thickness 3 mm, base plate 200 mm x 200 mm x12 mm (LxBxT) including foundation bolt size 4x20 mm dia, 200 mm pitch circle dia, 600 mm bolt length, 100 mm projected bolt length, having door opening of sizes 90x500 mm above GL and having hot dip galvanized single arm plane arm bracket 1000 mm long for pole having top 70 mm dia, for mounting street light fitting fixed on the top with nut bolts washers including provision of cable 2.5 sqmm 3 core & cable connector for three phase supply and one no MCB SP of 0.5 A to 6 A complete alongwith necessary earth work , PCC, with iron work all as specified by the manufacture as approved by GE and as directed.

ARBIRICULTURE

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil , seprate the roots/grass and good earth by sieving with suitable seive size , stacking of good earth & mixed with suitable manure of ratio 5:1 including supply of manure, screened through sieve of 1.5 designation 4.75 mm and spreading the mixture of good earth & manure , applying suitable pesticides , watering to a depth of 15cms, including removal of roots/grass out of site Material and laying of 'DOOB GRASS'/ Carpet Grass planting complete as aprroved and as directed by the Garrison engineer.

Excavation in post hole of size not less than 60 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm deep or according to the plant size & getting out the existing earth and planting the trees straight inside the pit and filling up the pit with and including the approved earth along with and manure (composit) in the proportion (3:1) and including Supply and Planting " Bottle Palm Tree" with proportionate girth , remove and spread the surplus excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post hole of size not less than 60 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm deep or according to the plant size & getting out the existing earth and planting the trees straight inside the pit and filling up the pit with and including the approved earth along with and manure (composit) in the proportion (3:1) and including Supply and Planting " Fristle Palm Tree " with proportionate girth , remove and spread the surplus excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post hole of size not less than 60 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm deep or according to the plant size & getting out the existing earth and planting the trees straight inside the pit and filling up the pit with and including the approved earth along with and manure (composit) in the proportion (3:1) and including Supply and Planting " Golden Duranta Hedge " with proportionate girth , remove and spread the surplus excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post hole of size not less than 60 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm deep or according to the plant size & getting out the existing earth and planting the trees straight inside the pit and filling up the pit with and including the approved earth along with and manure (composit) in the proportion (3:1) and including Supply and Planting " Golden palm Tree " with proportionate girth , remove and spread the surplus excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Provision of tree guard ( MS Angle with GI net) of suitable size around trees upto a height of 60cm all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer.
