1. It is stated that the above work place is existing COVID Hospital, In case of any mishap or accidental to any staff that deputed by the agency the whole responsibility is to be borne by the concern agency.
2. The Agency shall be responsible for provisioning of all COVID safety measures including regular sanitiziation of work places, vaccination of employees and compliance of stated directive and COVID appropriate norms.
3. All the issues related to the safety of the staffs should be taken care by the agency itself.
(Defect Libilities period for 01 year from the date of completion of work)
