M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, including demolition of brick work or stone masonary buiilt in CM, complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, mixed WPC @3% of weight of cement in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate Item.

Supply only integrated water proofing compound @ 3% weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in drain cover, manhole covers etc including necessary form work including demolition of RCC concrete of any description and any position, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Framed work such as in angle iron frames for manhole covers and similar work confirming to Fe 290 grade E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel round bars 10mm dia as in handles for manhole cover, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided, Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting into existing manholes for moving existing branch drain internal bore ) making good to walling and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or ¾ section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate smooth finished and reforming benching as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for fdn for shafts, cills, cesspits, manhole pier holes n.exc 10Sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dence soil, complete all as specified and directed.
