Excavating holes more than 0.10 cum & upto 0.5 cum including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated soil, as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. (a) All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (a) 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. (a) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Applying priming coat: (a) With ready mixed aluminium primer of approved brand and manufacture on resinous wood and plywood

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : (a) Two or more coats on new work

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Supplying at site : (a) Safeda ballies 125 mm diameter

Supplying at site : (a) heavy duty G.I welded wire mesh 1.8 m in height, 2 mm thickness and 1x1 inch block size

Fencing with wooden balli placed at required distance. Every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only. the wire mesh between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples or G.I. binding wire or neils as per direction of engineer in charge (cost of wire mesh, wooden ballies, struts and earth work to be paid separately) (a) with heavy duty G.I welded wire mesh 1.8 m in height, 2 mm thickness and 1x1 inch block size
