SCH 'A' PART-I

Surface dressing in soft/loose soil n.exc 15 cm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation in soft/loose complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L hard core of gauge n.exc 63 mm with broken boulders, deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick, cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in floor, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) finising the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L two coats of cement based paint over one cot of white wash for newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) flat fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 30 Cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10 Cm but n exc 20 Cm wide complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like type B-1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded aggregates) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel (TMT) bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and bindings with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to deformed or twisted bars complete all as specified and as directed.

SCH 'A' PART-II

S&F Framed work as in frames of angle or other section, rails braces etc complete drilled for fixing of expanded metal or other covering etc and fixing over brick wall or concrete surface with screws and rawl plugs not less than 50 mm deep complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- S & F for Expanded metal shall be measured and paid separately in item No 2.2.

S&F expanded metal cut to length bent to shape required and fixing with welding over flat iron frame work weight n exc 4 kg per sqm (Each holes covered by 0.30 x 0.30 m size fixed) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- S & F for framed work shall be measured and paid separately in item No 2.1.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

SCH 'A' PART-III

Supply and installation pumping sets centrifugal IC engine driven of capacity 5 HP, discharge 1500 LPM, 15 Meter head, with all connected accessories inclusive of starter and suitable for 80/80 (SucxDel) all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing foot valve 80mm dia for suction suitable for fixing of 80 mm GI pipe all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Supply and lay flexible pipe PVC class B including special OD 80 mm dia for suction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only RRL hose type-A 7.5 M of dia 80 mm for delivery complete with fittings all as specified and directed.

SCH 'A' PART-IV

Supply and Fix refrigerator electric driven (Single Phase) of capacity 310 Ltrs all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chage. Make: Godrej cat Part No RT EON311P34 Denim Petals or equivalent of LG and Whirlpool.

Supply and Fix Deep freezer hard top 320 Liter capacity (Single phase) having single door all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chage. Make: Voltas cat part No. 320SD or equivalent of LG and Whirlpool.

Supply & Fix SP&N DBs, 4 way double door complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MCB single pole, 'C' curve, 10 KA, 6 - 32 amps complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB SPN 32 Ams (C-Curve) breaking capacity 10KA, 240 Volts with cable connection and copper lugsing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Point wiring with 2.5 Sq mm (Nominal cross sectional area) single core, multi stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed copper conductor cable in and including rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit 20 mm dia or higher medium grade ISI marks complete with all PVC conduit accessories/fittings and sunk CI/pressed steel terminal switch/socket box with 3 mm thick plastic laminated hard glossy surface sheet top cover including continuous earth wire of PVC insulated, unsheathed 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor PVC insulated connected to common earth and connecting to earth dolly, plastic laminated sheet screwed with brass screws, cup washers and all accessories for one three pin 15/16 Amp, socket out let point on independent board complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix voltage stablizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 100V to 260V with output voltage stablized at 230V with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 1 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for concealed point wiring on wall and surface with necessary fixing arrangements with PVC/FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade drawn in and including rigid non metallic white / ivory PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked not less than 19 mm dia with all conduit accessories/ fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc including anodized MS sunken boxes made out of MS sheet of thickness not less than 1.6 mm with earth dolly and Bakelite laminated sheet 3mm thick ISI marked for fixing of switches / sockets, fan regulators, wall mounting fittings for continuous earthing including cutting the chases and making good the surface by cement mortar (1:3) and for matching / finishing of new surfaces either by means of plaster of peris/ Putti or distemper / colour wash with same existing colour surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for One light point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed. Supply only Rack Rifle for 10 Rifles with ammunition box. Overall size shall be 1220 mm long, 381 mm wide and 915 mm high. (Make : Kaypee & Co, Model - Riflok, Type- 10 AB, Patent No. 181583/94) Notes :- (a) Rack shall be single tyre thief proof with locking arrangement for keeping rifles in both sides and facilitated with ammunition box, (b) All as per trade pattern with Manufacturer's specifications.
