(a) Removal of following unserviceable parts of existing furniture items of various MES F/DB/FD drgs carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, screwing, weldging, glueint, providing hinges, denting applying putty for levelled surface, placing every part in-tact and painting/polishing the disturbed portion, as applicable as per drgs, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (b) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in OTM Accn of GE(West) including BSO'S Furniture Yard all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Almirah Large Steel (FD-1031): Removing the existing unserviceable part and S&F following similar new part as per Drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

3 way locking assembly system for almirah large steel suitable for almirah.

Brass Lock of 65mm, 6 lever.

CP handle 100mm long.

Legs made of 1mm thick MS sheet of size 485mm long x 100mm high x 100mm wide and to be joined with continuous gas welding.

Shelves made of 1mm thick MS sheet of size 920mm x485mm for almirah large steel ( FD-1031), for almirah large steel made to shape and size.

Door Shutter made of 1mm thick MS sheet of size 1985mmx460 for almirah large steel ( FD-1031), for almirah large steel made to shape and size.

M&L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of Almirah Large Steel including shelves by removing all dents, filling with putty and spray painting with two coats of Anti Rust PU Enamel paint. Paint over external and internal surfaces of Almirah Large Steel.

Almirah Medium/ Small Steel (FD-1032): Removing the existing unserviceable part and S&F following similar new part as per Drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of old painted steel surface of the Almirah Medium Steel including shelves by removing all dents filling with putty and spray painting with two coats of Anti Rust PU Enamel paint over external & internal surfaces of Almirah med steel.

Locker Steel with four Shelf: (FD- 1029). Removing the existing unserviceable part and S&F following similar new part as per Drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the Unserviceable leg and S&F new furniture (locker steel) as per Drg NO FD- 1029.

Removing the Unserviceable shelf and S&F new Shelf in the furniture (Locker Steel) as per Drg No FD- 1029.

Removing the Unserviceable conduit pipe and S&F new conduit pipe in the furniture (Locker Steel) as per Drg No - 1029.

Removing the Unserviceable hasp and Stapple and S&F new Hasp and Staple of 75/100mm (3/4 Inch)in the Furniture (Locker Steel) as per Drg No -1029.

M&L for Preparation of old painted steel surface of the Locker Bed Side Steel including shelves by removing all dents filling with putty and spray painting with two coats of Anti Rust PU Enamel paint over external & internal surfaces of locker bed Side Steel as per Drg No- 1029.

Table Bed Side (FD/E6/MAP/15R): Removing the existing unserviceable part and S&F following similar new part as per Drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
