Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 Sq.m on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 cement: 4 M.Sand: 8 granite chips 40mm nominal size ) excluding cost of centering and shuttering and reinforcement for foundation and plinth.

Filling with Quarry waste/debris ( Dismantled materials issued by department) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc layers not exeeding 20cm plinth, side od foundations etc layers not exceeding 20cm and watering lead up to 50 mtr and lift up to 1.50mtr including loading , transportation and unloading at site.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement: 1.5 M.Sand: 3 granite chips 20mm nominal size) excluding cost of centring and shuttering and reinforcement All work up toplinth level.Foundation fooltings bases of column etc, and mass concrete.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1:2 (1 cement: 1 coarse sand : 2 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs havingslope up to 15 degree landings, shelves chajjas, lintel bands plain window sills staircase and spiral staircase up to floor five level excluding cost of centring,shuttering and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement 1.5 M Sand 3 granite chipps 20mm nominal size)

Cold twisted steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete. HD 500 bars

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc and removal of form Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

15mm cement plaster 1:6 (1cement :6 metal sand) on rough side of single or half brick wall

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.Water thinnable cement primer (Berger/ Nerolac/ Asian paint)

Finishing wall with texture exterior paint of required shade on new work (two or more coats applied @3.28ltr/10 sqm) over including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm

Steel work in built up tubular trusses including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete

Providing Aluminium sheet roofing fixed with .galvnized iron Jor L hooks and 8mm dia C.I plain bitumen washers complete excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses corrugated sheet 0.56mm thick.

Providing ridges or hips in Aluminium sheet roofing with G.I /J or L hooks bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I plain bitumen washers complete. 0.56mm thick.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi surface paintto give an even shade.Two or more coats applied on @0.90ltr/10 sqm) over under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved and manufacture

Providing and fixing cast iron gate in approved pattern with locking arrangement, all fitting and including priming coat
