DG and AC Repair and servicing

Servicing of 30 KVA, KOEL make Engine Alternator set thoroughly by replacing of B-Check Kits such as oil filter, fuel filters, after flushing the sump, adjustment of different components like valve, tappet, replacing the set of joints and O rings as and where required, and assembling the engine parts i/c S/F of nuts & bolts, washers, spring washers, etc. and testing, checking, commissioning complete as reqd.

Supplying and pouring mobil oil of SAE-40 grade in the E/A set complete a reqd. (K-Oil / SS)

Supplying and replacing of the following defective spare parts/ accessories as and where required as per the existing in size and quality i/c connection, testing, etc. complete as reqd.

Rewinding of the motor for Exhaust fan/Air circulator fan/condenser motor as per the original gauge of super enamelled winding wire ("Class F" insulation), after removing the burnt out winding, transportation to work shop at Port Blair and back to site i/c heat varnishing and baking, replacement of other necessary items etc. (Winding wire shall be of BIC/Khaitan make, paper insulation of Krempel/womex/Phillips, varnish of Dr.Beck.)

General servicing & cleaning of 1.5 TR split Air Conditioner by removing all dirt and dust from the fins by heavy duty blower, and cleaning the fins/tubes with cleaning solution, combing the fins i/c painting the rusted parts of frame, cabinet, replacing the missing fasteners, lugs, connectors, feruls, nuts and bolts, checking of connection, complete as reqd.

Supplying & charging refrigerant R22/R134A/R407C in 1.5 TR split Air Conditioner Unit after leak testing with nitrogen gas complete as required as per manufacturer recommendations.
